Had a appointment 2 weeks in advanced i go to it and they said that theyre machine has been down for days and didnt get notified. Waste of time.

BJ tires services is horrible. Came on the 14th placed the order, paid and got the appointment for the 19 but went there and no tires. Asked to call back on Monday or Tuesday. Call today no bother to check and asked to call back after 1:30pm. That's it first and the last time!

Worst customer service ever.called for 2 hrs. Straight and no one answered the phone. The Only service advisor disappeared when I walked in and hung out in the garage as I waited to be helped.
