BJ's Wholesale Club offers a convenient shopping experience for its members. For those aged 60 and above, the store provides a designated shopping hour from 8 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Saturday. First Responders also have a dedicated shopping hour on Sundays during the same time frame. The store is known for its competitive prices on a variety of products, including snacks, meats, and toiletries. Customers have praised the store's selection of gluten-free items, which is impressive for a wholesale retailer. The staff is generally helpful, and the shelves are well-stocked, although the parking lot can be a bit crowded due to its shared nature with a nearby Home Depot. Overall, BJ's Wholesale Club offers a convenient and affordable shopping experience for its members, with a good selection of everyday essentials and a focus on customer service.

Norm at the customer service went above and beyond what was required to help me out with an issue I had, it’s nice to see great customer service like companies used to provide years ago.
