Went today to get my daughter an outfit the so called manager Tanya from auburn mall scamed me I gave her cash of a $100 bill the purchase was $28 she was suppose to give me $71 me thinking she wouldn't take $20 she did as I come back from a store next door she says well maybe you dropped it when she saw me put the money in my purse , I was in a rush and isjpuldof counted but she knew better and counted her draw when u can easily pocket it . She didn't even know the number to corporate. And says you can't just come back and say money is missing , knowing damn well mistakes happen especially when running errands iam hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else this place is horrible

Brought my daughters shopping here due to this is where they like to shop, so we come here at least 6 times a year for my girls to shop and purchase items they like and normally a good experience, but today was definitely a different experience for us enough to where we may go else where to shop for my daughters.
My daughters was shopping around and while walking around one of my daughters noticed the swim wear apparel on the high top of the display and asked me if she could get a couple of swim suits and I said yes, when we asked for assistance from the person behind the counter she gave a look like we was bothering her and gave a frustrated response.
After a few minutes later a nice associate came over and assisted us with the items my daughter wanted to try on to purchase( her name I found out was Kayla)after Kayla handed us the items she went some place out of sight so I asked the women behind the counter if she could unlock the dressing rooms for my daughter and again got a real snotty attitude like she couldn't be bothered and said my associate will be right back to help you and basically ignored our need for my daughter to use the dressing room.
Once the associate kayla returned 5- 10 minutes later and assisted my daughter with the dressing room dilemma she went on her way back to work.
10 minutes later after my daughter tried on the suits 1 suit was the wrong size so we asked for assistance once again and had to interact with the woman behind the counter that I found out her name is Tanya ( the manager of the store)and asked for assistance to get a bigger size suit for my daughter and again, Nothing but attitude from this lady.
Kayla the associate heard me ask for a different size and came over to the area and assisted us once again with our purchase of the suits.
After we got the correct sizes and was ready to cash out I requested the managers name and found out the woman with the attitude was the manager of the store, so I requested a phone number to speak to her district manager and Kayla the associate stated they are not provided that type of information at that store.
All I have to say is that if it was not for Kayla the associate ( with green hair ) I would of left the items on the counter and walked out.
Tanya the manager does not know how to communicate with customers and her customer interaction with customers is horrible.
At this time my daughters will not return to this store to shop here again, completely unacceptable behavior from the manager and does not respect the customers.
Kayla the associate saved the sale for your store today and was a pleasure to interact with during our time in the store.

Sales clerk # 999 was rude to me, she threw my change on the counter and forgot to remove the security tag.
There are probably good sales clerks there but she was not one.

I love shopping at this store but everytime i come in there one of your employees is VERY rude to her customers and other employees. It’s very disgusting the attitude she has. not sure what her name is but she has glasses and is short, over all i love this store but that employee should be fired with her disgusting attitude

The associates there tonight did their best to help me out, even though I was in a bad mood. They remained professional & did everything politely--and we even had a laugh afterwards. Thank you ladies. The store has cute clothes and good prices- I'm glad they opened back up.
