Wouldn't even give one star to this location. Over 9 months my fee increased twice. Over the winter it was covered with ice in front of my unit. I've recently started taking things out of the unit to find rats chewed threw a bunch of my things and there are booklice Everywhere. Since I've noticed these things I have called and stopped into the office several times to which no one has been available. I've left messages for a call back and called customer service. This is still unresolved!

My college-aged daughter had a great experience storing her car and belongings this summer. The staff is very helpful and wonderful to work with. A clean facility. Highly recommend.
