All of discrimination towards Indian people and any customer who is part of the retail business, trying to buy ZYN for friends and family are being targeted bye Cumberland Farms not great place to visit hate customer who are Indians are refusing business from us ??????✊?

I used to use Cumberland farms for almost everything. I would specifically take a route I knew had one. After they were sold to EG, the quality has degraded exponentially, and the prices have gone sky high. The food is no where near as good neither is the coffee. Sorry to say but please revert to the old products.

Went in to get snacks and a drink and got up to the register and Teresa was an angel and I bought a scratcher from her and while we spoke I scratched it and won 50 bucks! Definitely a good time at this gas station. Very clean and everything was easily accessible.

Overall I love the Cumberland chain, great value fresh coffee and snacks. Staff are typically trained to be friendly, accomodating, and approach customers with professional care. This location however needs more help. Today, line wss at least 15 customers long and only a single, very kind and efficient lady at the register. Another fellow was cleaning the kitchen out back but did not make any customer eye contact to take warm food orders.... hope upper management provides some badly needed human resource relief to this location.

Place is always dirty, countertops and food areas have trash leftover from customers. Parking lot full of trash , mulch washed all over sidewalks and Parking lot.

Receipt paper is always out, they have the bags on the back the pumps for yours hands which is always out. Then I try to scan the qr code on the pump for the survey and it doesn't go anywhere and says it is no longer there.

The regulars that work here are excellent and no matter what ti.e of day or night I feel safe getting gas and that's important am I right ladies!

Most of the stores have a kitchen to order from to heat up sandwiches or mac and cheese or something like that.

Staff is pleasant even late night and gets you out fast. Never s bad experience, visit sever times per week. Also they have kept gas prices exactly the same for the past 2 weeks even with the spike in prices because of the situation with Russia. Thank you!
