I worked with Rob and let me tell you this was the easiest and quickest process. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and was able to get me into a new car that same day. I can’t thank him enough for absolutely crushing it. If you’re in the market for a car go see Rob you won’t regret it !

Everybody told me to stay away. Everybody. In fact, not one person has EVER recommended Diamond to me, and there are 40 years worth of stories of shady junk from before it was in the somehow even less capable hands it is in now. But... I was looking for something specific that it appeared they had on the lot... so this is kind of my fault. If you're looking for a car buying and servicing experience straight out of the stereotypes, this place is for you. In fact, walking into Diamond it becomes immediately clear that the only people on earth who don't know they're the most reviled car dealership in the area is the staff and ownership of the dealership itself. After the swarm of salesmen almost rip the seats out of their too-small express pants fighting to the be the first to the door to annoy you, the fun REALLY starts as they stutter their way through pitch transcripts they don't understand and the least believable promises about "what they can do" before passing you to a sales manager and director who are somehow even less knowledgable about the cars while acting like they're doing you a favor by selling you something (even though you've been watching the whole room sit around without customers all day).Expect to:- Be sold cars that are no longer on the lot.- Be told things about the vehicles that directly contradict the window sheet, manufacturer website, and even common sense itself.- Be in that seat until 5pm no matter when you come in. Remember, they can't do it the right way, so they have to try to make it feel urgent in the late afternoon.- Hear pleas for your money that rival even the lamest of swindlers. (Maybe even a sad wittle portfilio of family pictures.)Oh, and if you go there anyway, make sure you check your bank account afterwards. Even if you think you left the lot with a good deal and service that didn't make you feel like you need a shower, they probably overcharged you. Seems (from the many reviews that say so) that they "accidentally" do that a whole bunch. There are plenty of places to buy cars and GMs in the area. Do yourself a favor and avoid Diamond if you want to keep even a shred of faith in humanity. Do yourself an even bigger favor and keep the people you care about away from them, too.edit: looks like they're woking overtime to keep this from going live. WONDER WHY? Think a good business has to spend this much time erasing bad press?

Garbage dealership, horrible people to keep you there for hours. Ignore you and then try to make you feel like you have to buy the car they're doing you a favor a lot of hidden fees. They'll try to add points on your interest rate for every point they go over the bank they get $1000 in their pocket, the sales rep, Kevin is a liar and a condescending rude person. They are sales rep Tony and Mike make you feel like you're less than them because you have to buy a car that you should feel honored to buy a car from their dealership. Cars are way over priced terrible service. The service department rip you off, overcharge you and not fix anything or if they're forced to fix something I'll try to honor the warranty. They'll find a way to make it your fault so they don't have to honor it. Overall horrible experience. Terrible dealership never go there.

My Husband was nervous about trying to get a new truck or Silverado or buying his current. He worked with Brandon Stevenson who was patient and knowledgeable and got him the best deal. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who comes into diamond looking for a new or used car.

Brandon Stevenson was great, I wasn't the easiest customer with many questions and wanting to look at a variety of models and was a stickler. But he was patient great and was able to get me into a new Silverado.

Aimee is so awesome! I've had trouble with other dealers, she got me in and out so quick and I didn't mind the price.

Horrible experience at this dealership. Purchase paperwork on our new vehicle was not what was agreed upon. Brought it to their attention and was told we would be refunded the amount owed. We have a written IOU and text messages from the Director of Financial Operations, Mike Monfreda, but never received the refund. Took it up with Jonathan Massad in management and was fluffed off. Now have to take them to Small Claims Court to recoup the $1K plus owed. Avoid this dealership! Sneaky tactics seem to be a pattern.

I just bought my second truck from here and I will never shop anywhere else. Both times they gave me the most for my trade and had the lowest prices for new trucks. Thanks Dom Cruz for the amazing deal!

Have had 2 vehicles serviced here over the past 10 years and I've never had an issue regarding the repairs, or the final cost of the repairs. I absolutely recommend them if you own any GM vehicle.

Dealer called me and told me a car I had been on a waitlist for was just delivered and sent me the video of it being unloaded off the truck. Then told me he would call me in the morning when it was cleaned up and ready to inspect.I then see a post on FB by another salesman saying the car is available to purchase.I instantly text the salesman and he tells me the car has a deposit by someone else....Lousy way to treat a repeat customer who has purchased 7 new vehicles from this auto group.I hope your dishonesty was worth losing a customer over.(And yes I have text message back up proof)

HARRIS, was my salesperson. I needed a new vehicle for moving things around and for my newborn. Wanted a larger 6 cylinder vehicle. He sold me on a 2023 chevrolet blazer telling me it was a 6 cylinder when I find out after the purchase its a 4 cylinder turbo. Ontop of that he likes to prank customers by telling them at 1,000 miles you need to get the "break in oil" changed. I go to do that to and find out theres no such thing and im the third person this month he has played his games with. Harris is an air head.

Bought a truck from them and the plates were being transferred. They were due to expire in about a week. When I talked to not only the salesman and manager I asked are you guys going to renew the reg the plates are going to expire. They bought said yes multiple times. Went to pick up the registration thinking it was all set and was handed an expired registration. When asked about it they claimed they only do transfers of plates and new registration not renew. Do yourself a favor don't go here it's a waste of time.
