Working with Dominic was a treat. He was professional, courteous, and never made me feel pressured to do anything. No foolish questions like 'what can I do to get you to buy today?'. It was a comfortable pleasant experience start to finish. He answered all my questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and helped me make the best choices for what I needed.
I would highly recommend this dealership, for their professionalism and customer focus. Car buying is always a stressful endeavor, because you are making a fairly large financial commitment, and these guys made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Kudos to Diamond Chevrolet.

On my way to a Hyundai dealership, where I was seriously considering a Tucson, I decided to make a quick stop at Diamond Chevrolet. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a staff member who was busy with another vehicle, yet he took the time to acknowledge me and introduced me to Rob Lowe. From the very beginning, Rob’s approach set the tone for a remarkable experience.

All things fail at one time or another - understand. When my truck stopped running and realized I need to bring to dealer, I called ahead thinking to get in the service sooner than later. I was told Sept 11. I was hurt thinking I had to wait so long but understood, sometimes this is what it is. When your "my" service person Matt Cunningham saw my truck come in, he was surprised as I was having to be here. He again explained situation of the delay but assured me he will do what he can to get me in for a quick turn around.
Matt kept me informed at every turn along the way. Then when the great news came in for the part and my truck will be ready later in the morning.
Matt did a Great job keeping me informed and doing what he said he would do to get my truck back to me asap!

Avoid this dealership and service department. Refused to complete work or provide reimbursement directly related to a corporate-warranty recall on our family’s vehicle. Chevy/GM Corporate was aware of the issue and authorized coverage for the work and since Diamond is the most local dealer, I brought the vehicle to them. Ultimately had to bring our vehicle to a more reputable local shop and cover the costs myself. Diamond has a culture of very poor communication and lack of accountability, bordering on unethical. Highly recommend you bring your business elsewhere. If you aren’t willing to pay the $200 per hour labor rate (even in a recall situation), Diamond doesn’t care about you, your vehicle, or corporate policy.

I started the day expecting to goto 3 or 4 dealerships to find the car I was looking for. We stopped at Diamond first and met with Josh Staples, we started looking at the Chevy Colorado and decided the color wasn't quite what I was looking for. Josh was great and found us a GMC Canyon that was perfect, didn't even need to test drive a second truck nor goto another dealer. The sides step and mats were not in but Josh was great and followed up with me letting me know when they came in and got it all taken care of within the first week. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back when looking for my next vehicle.

I recently bought my 2020 gmc truck from diamond and I love it and the experience they treated me very well from the second I stepped on the lot, Felipe Sommers was my salesmen and he treated me like family joking around and making me laugh countlessly with help from his manager Kevin Scoot to get a good price for my trade in and got everything wrapped up.

My experience with Diamond Chevrolet was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. My sales rep, John Selen, was absolutely amazing. He helped me buy my new 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500. He explained everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions with what I wanted to hear. He was great. Would absolutely recommend going there to buy your next vehicle.

Buyer beware!! When buying from this dealership please do your research and bring a mechanic with you. Here's my experience this weekend. I have been looking for a vehicle for my teenagers to share. I found a 2015 Buick Regal listed for sale online. List price was $12866. Test drove and it had a thumping noise but it was still decent and I assumed they'd fix the issue. Started paperwork and they wanted me to sign with an all in price of 18k! I showed them the online listing price and after a "deer in the headlights look" they agreed to honor the online list price but then tacked on high dealer fees and accessories (what is that even?!) with a total of 15k. I let them know my final cash price and they agreed. Showed up today to purchase and the thumping wasn't fixed AND the original 10 year old tires were on it that definitely needed to be replaced. They didn't want to replace the tires (asking us to pay half) stating the car passed inspection so they didn't have to replace them at all. We don't even know if the tires were going to fix the thumping issue.
We had a bank check ready to purchase (with original agreed price) but based on the sneaky sales tactics we walked out. Car may have been worth it but we refuse to do business with anyone who is this sketchy.

I brought the car there for service. The car was evaluated a day and a half late, despite having an appointment. Communications with the service advisor (who encouraged me to contact her via cellphone or text) required repeated attempts as texts and calls went unanswered. What I was told about the car being brought in for evaluation on the second day turned out not to be true (it was brought in several hours later). Poor communications. Lack of trust. I took the car elsewhere for the service.

Our family’s good experience with Diamond continued beyond the service department to sales, when we purchased a used car from Dominic Cruz and his team. Facing a costly repair on our vehicle, the team promptly got in touch with us regarding a vehicle in budget and available. The buying process was smooth, Dominic did a solid job coordinating with his Sales Manager Jason and finance team during the negotiation process. In the end we received a reasonable offer, competitive trade-in, aggressive finance offer, on a very good vehicle that was a perfect fit for our family. Just as impressive was the post sales communication, the team kept in touch through inspection and pickup to make sure we were fully satisfied. Thanks again Diamond Team!!

I really appreciate the followup. Sara was able to promptly schedule my service, and arranged for a prompt call back for a tire quote. When the vehicle was in I received the text notification, Sara called again with an update / review of the invoice and finally passed along the update when the vehicle was ready.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Agreed to a price over the phone and by the time a drove over an hour to the dealer the price had changed there mind. Also tried to sell me a cheaper truck without a sunroof with also 500 miles on it without me knowing With them trying to sell me the wrong truck the right one was not cleaned or prepped for delivery. Had to take the truck because it was late at night and not wanting to make another 2 plus hour round trip to find a decent size paint chip on the door. Had to spend $1000 at another shop to get it fixed. Terrible experience here will not be buying another truck from them. Very inexperienced sales man. Do not recommend coming here
Responding to there reply. I was there at 3 o’clock if there weren’t any issues to begin with I’m assuming someone was there until 5 that could of taken care of it instead I sat in the waiting for for an hour and a half until I was helped and found out about all these issues
