Agreed to a price over the phone and by the time a drove over an hour to the dealer the price had changed there mind. Also tried to sell me a cheaper truck without a sunroof with also 500 miles on it without me knowing With them trying to sell me the wrong truck the right one was not cleaned or prepped for delivery. Had to take the truck because it was late at night and not wanting to make another 2 plus hour round trip to find a decent size paint chip on the door. Had to spend $1000 at another shop to get it fixed. Terrible experience here will not be buying another truck from them. Very inexperienced sales man. Do not recommend coming here

My husband and I traded in his 2021 GMC Acadia lease for a used truck. We did our research in advance of the trade-in appointment to avoid any of the sneaky sales tactics that occur when dealing with car salesmen. They presented us with a sticker price that was $4k higher than advertised, and a trade-in value of my husband's vehicle that was $3k less than the Carmax trade-in value for his specific VIN. The salesman was shocked that I caught this, and immediately lowered my husband's payment by $150/mo. My husband left the dealership with his final sales paperwork today to notice that the sticker price went back up by $2k. We contacted the dealership today and was told that the prices on the website are reflective of $2k down (in the fine print) in order to entice customers to buy. Regardless, the $37k is NOT what was agreed to at the time of the negotiation, but later caught in the final paperwork. Unless you want to get screwed out of your hard earned money, do not use this dealership! Check out the other reviews that will tell you the same thing! Extremely disappointed. Will never return.

I had my car towed in and do not live nearby. The car was done earlier than expected and the couple of staff I dealt with were nice. I had multiple bad experiences at a Chevy dealership near my home and refuse to go back. I'd choose this location out of the four I have been to

My wife and I bought our Enclave here a year ago and it was having some issues. Aimee in service was fantastic and helped find a solution to make the car drive like it was brand new again! She had fantastic communication through the entire process! Thank you Aimee!

5 STARS! I have been buying cars for a long time. This was my 8th vehicle and I am only 31. I have dealt with a lot of the normal dealership runaround and this did not feel like that at all. The sales team was willing to work with me and help me get to the number I needed to be at as best they could. Where other dealerships were stubborn and unwilling so budge because they know in this market they can afford to be Diamond wasn't. In fact even though they did not have the exact vehicle I wanted and could have easily just let me walk away Ricky my salesman went out of his way to find the exact one I was looking for at another dealership to trade. This is my first time buying a GM vehicle and I am so glad I found it here. Shout out to Ricky in sales, Jason and Tony in finance, and Mike the owner for being absolute class acts!

Broken vehicles sold and serviced by people who don't know enough to be selling or servicing them.
Go to GM's website. Find another dealer in your area. Use them instead. Lots of them out there with histories of quality interactions.
Leave Diamond and their low 20s customer service index score to rot.

Garbage dealership, horrible people to keep you there for hours. Ignore you and then try to make you feel like you have to buy the car they're doing you a favor a lot of hidden fees. They'll try to add points on your interest rate for every point they go over the bank they get $1000 in their pocket, the sales rep, Kevin is a liar and a condescending rude person. They are sales rep Tony and Mike make you feel like you're less than them because you have to buy a car that you should feel honored to buy a car from their dealership. Cars are way over priced terrible service. The service department rip you off, overcharge you and not fix anything or if they're forced to fix something I'll try to honor the warranty. They'll find a way to make it your fault so they don't have to honor it. Overall horrible experience. Terrible dealership never go there.

Horrible experience at this dealership. Purchase paperwork on our new vehicle was not what was agreed upon. Brought it to their attention and was told we would be refunded the amount owed. We have a written IOU and text messages from the Director of Financial Operations, Mike Monfreda, but never received the refund. Took it up with Jonathan Massad in management and was fluffed off. Now have to take them to Small Claims Court to recoup the $1K plus owed. Avoid this dealership! Sneaky tactics seem to be a pattern.

Have had 2 vehicles serviced here over the past 10 years and I've never had an issue regarding the repairs, or the final cost of the repairs. I absolutely recommend them if you own any GM vehicle.

Dealer called me and told me a car I had been on a waitlist for was just delivered and sent me the video of it being unloaded off the truck. Then told me he would call me in the morning when it was cleaned up and ready to inspect.I then see a post on FB by another salesman saying the car is available to purchase.I instantly text the salesman and he tells me the car has a deposit by someone else....Lousy way to treat a repeat customer who has purchased 7 new vehicles from this auto group.I hope your dishonesty was worth losing a customer over.(And yes I have text message back up proof)

HARRIS, was my salesperson. I needed a new vehicle for moving things around and for my newborn. Wanted a larger 6 cylinder vehicle. He sold me on a 2023 chevrolet blazer telling me it was a 6 cylinder when I find out after the purchase its a 4 cylinder turbo. Ontop of that he likes to prank customers by telling them at 1,000 miles you need to get the "break in oil" changed. I go to do that to and find out theres no such thing and im the third person this month he has played his games with. Harris is an air head.

New year same review! After being sold a car that wasn't as advertised. The dealership refused to work with me to remedy the situation. I ended up contacting Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as well as a personal lawyer. Jason Testcross called me from a private line to bad mouth my self only to have him raise his voice at me. They also removed my last review so this is a repost of my last one. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!Had to contact Mass Attorney General due to them selling a car that wasn't the right model with no intention on trying to remedy the situation. I was hung up on by their manager Jason after he told me "I didn't even want to deal with you." After asking for them to address this issue for the second time.New update to make sure this review stays up on googles algorithm and in hopes for other consumers to make a informed decisions of what kind of business they are supporting.Update: 5/9/23Google has informed me that this review has hit 1000 views!
