Horrible horrible horrible. Waited on hold for 36 minutes, when someone answered and than hung up on me. Called back waited 33 minutes spoke to Alex sort of helpful but cut me off when I was asking to many questions I guess and said she will disconnect the call. Asked for a supervisor and she hung the phone up on me. Didn’t get anything resolved and need to call back to make sure my account is correct and still need to pay my bill. Horrible horrible. Massachusetts sucks!!Update called back a 3rd time on hold about 20 minutes, Brianna answered and couldn’t of been any more helpful. Solved all my issues and answered all my questions.Mass still sucks!

Worst customer service ever. Not only were they rude, but i had to argue with a representative giving me wrong information,only to realize she was wrong, and instead of apologizing, she then hung up on me afyer i had been battling the call center to get this issue resolved..... i then called back to speak to someone hopefully more helpful, and they were equally rude and unpleasant...this company is all around trash and criminal....all these highways have been paid off for decades....free up the roads and get rid of this company!!!

When transferred to a live Customer Service rep, I was greeted by Nancy, she was easy to talk with answered all my questions promptly and I was surprised by the flow of questions being answered smoothly ! I usually don’t comment on these types of stars - but being completely satisfied I must of gotten lucky, compared to the other ratings I observed!

Absolutely the worst public system there is. No matter what you try you can only talk to a computer generated voice. This state continues to get worse with regard to customer service.Do still need an appointment to go to an EZ Pass center? If so you would think they would make it easy to find and book. If not you would think they would tell you you no longer need it.Who wants to drive to a service center and be sent home if you do not have an appointment

typical Government scamming. i owed 10$ in tolls with a 900% mark up amount due of 99$. In order to see what you owe you have to mail a letter requesting info on the amount due, however they make it very easy to pay for the bogus fees online without disclosing what you are paying for.

Ez pass send us notification that transponder we used may not working properly. Expect to receive refund up around $1800 since 2020We paid all previous balance even after l CovidThey kept charging fees I had multiple hearingOver the phone they make it clear after I paid all the refund will credit your account. Not able to solve simple issue -1=0

Called to ask them to report my ez pass paid so I can renew my license. The man who answered the phone literally hung up on me when I asked if there was anything additional he could do for me to expedite the process of reporting payment to rmv.

Just spoke with a nice gentleman named Rick and he was extremely helpful. I called the customer service line and the first rude agent hung up on me, I called back and got Rick and he went above and beyond to help me and did it with a great attitude. He said he was semi- retired but let me tell you he was on point and helped me breeze through the issues I was having. I hope him department head reads this and commends him for a great job.

Don't understand these poor reviews. I spoke with a woman at the Auburn office today who was really helpful. Very short hold time until my call was transferred to the customer service rep.

One of my easy pass boxes died and they were able to replace it and give me a letter for other States when they're nasty I owe the money bill comes in

I went around 4:50pm amd they already closed. The website said 5pm so they didn’t take us.
