Kyle is the best ! I appreciate everything you do and continue to do . The best employee I’ve ever had in detailing with enterprise . Kyle went above and beyond . I had a bad experience at another enterprise and Kyle took the time to convey empathy and compassion and made sure my family and I were well taken care of . Thanks again see you soon !

The assistant manager Cole is mean and unlikable. He’s like Meg from family guy. (Highly unfavorable) He’s decent at articulating himself but feels the need to Be condescending and rude when customers are simply asking him for help. This is the worst kind of person because he’s aware of what he’s doing. Smart enough to have a slick come back but not smart enough to fix a problem. I definitely was catching he got bullied in high school vibes.

The time to make the experience a positive one at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501, was at time of picking up my “confirmed” rental and honoring the “confirmed” reservation rate that was visible on your system, on email e-mail I had from Enterprise confirming, and when I logged into website on my cell phone to show yet more proof of the confirmed rental rate. Instead, the rep aka assistant manager fabricated a house decided (more expensive) rate.
2) always provide a clean ready to use vehicle. The car I was assigned had burn holes, pet hair all over, glitter on back seat, and smelled of McDonald's (I have pics and video to confirm).
3) always provide a safe reliable worry-free vehicle. I drove home and I noticed a slight vibration in front of vehicle at highway speeds and the change oil light on dash. The vibration was due to mix-match/different front tires on same front axle.
4) don't rob people. I decided to leave/return the car that sat in my driveway for about 16 hrs (16hrs of my wasted time) waiting on a replacement due to safety concerns. A replacement that was also confirmed by Enterprise Car Rental. Enterprise Car Rental. Enterprise Care Rental told me it would be available at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501. I was told there were none and no other option but to take it or leave it. After handing keys back and returning car, I asked the rep at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 if it was a full refund The rep told me 1 day would be charged regardless of if I was under the impression I was getting a replacement vehicle that was confirmed by Enterprise Customer Service and Enterprise Roadside Assistance. I was told Enterprise Customer Service and Enterprise Roadside Assistance has no clue what goes on at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 location. The staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 should have just said, “we have nothing” when I walked in with my confirmation the day before... no need treat someone like trash to then wait till next day and rob me for $140.00.
Hopefully these 4 recommendations will help… I think nothing will change as the demeanor was same both days dealing with 2 different people. Management and the Owner seem to consider this acceptable practice for this location. I think I was treated poorly because Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 would rather cater to cooperate business type accounts (dealerships, insurance, business travel ) vs individuals personal rentals. Regardless I think Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 should be shut down. Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501 gives Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a whole a black eye. I have rented at other sites and have always had a great experience.

We needed a bigger car for our event we are attending as our car ac stopped working we just walked in met Cole who pointed out nice jeep for us even arranged a parking spot

The staff here are crooks. I'd be weary renting a car from this location. The assistant manager Jared L. Bryan will falsely accuse you of things, so steer clear of that one if you absolutely have to come here.

I rented a car for 2 weeks and I don't understand how they made the whole process so fast and easy. I had to extend the rental twice and even that was easy and painless. I wish everything in life was this easy.

Website allowed me to reserve an economy car .. but was told on the day of pick up, it wasn’t available… so I had to increase the amount to have a suv style. Added a couple hundred onto my expensive bill. Also could not do an airport drop off .

This location staff is horrible. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was helped by a lady. She was forcefully trying to add charges on my tab which I constantly refused. She would not take them off and asked me to sign on the pretext that she will not charge me for that later on. If you will
Not charge me then why don’t you remove those charges from the contract. Finally when I refused to sign the contract, she took those charges off.
The van that was given to me was falling apart. Passenger side front door had such a bad rattling sound that it felt like it could fall apart any time. It’s so bad that they do not check the vehicle after they are returned.
I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday after hours and was expecting a rental closure statement the entire Monday. I did not receive one on Monday so Tuesday morning I had to go to their office again, which was a big inconvenience and the same lady said it was no deal if the rental was not closed. I had to wait there for 15 mts before she could close the rental and order refund of my security deposit. In the closure statement she mentioned that I drove the vehicle for 217 miles whereas I drove over 450 miles.
So they did not know what they were doing. I have never had such an experience at another Enterprise location before. They are next to my home so I used them.
I will never use them again nor will I recommend this location to anyone else.

I always use the Auburn location for my local rentals. They guys are great. Friendly, professional, fast, and accommodating.

Most reliable location around. I was having a hard time booking a last minute rental everywhere else. But this location came in clutch... I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Cole, the assistant manager, is terrific. The manager, on the other hand, is rude and seems to not care about his customers.

Cole was so kind, positive and professional. I was returning the rental and excited enough to get my car back, but truly he made it even better. There should be more Cole’s everywhere. Enterprise is VERY lucky to have him!
