I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I tried to return a suit I purchased just 3 days ago with the tags still attached and the receipt in hand. Jessica, the store associate, rudely refused the return, falsely claiming the suit was worn. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager.
I called the 800 number to file a complaint they said they’d contact the store. I then spoke to Stephanie, who claimed to be another manager, and she said she’d approve the return once HR called her. But when HR followed up, the manager suddenly stopped cooperating and refused to provide any information. At this point, it’s clear I was lied to.
This is not how a loyal customer should be treated. The lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again.

I was always confused about my sizes and styles, but when I entered this store two years ago, I could not go to another store. As for the prices, they always have a discount. As for the employees who work there, they are wonderful. Thank you Express.

Very rude associate - outright impolite and unprofessional (not the first time I experienced this in this store) - just one other person in the store beside myself; the other costumer had many items and hit a glitch with the credit card at check out, taking a long time to resolve - the available associate, an unpleasant Hispanic woman did not offer to help and when I asked, she responded with a sassy attitude that I should wait in line "in the future" -yikes! I left - and left the merchandise - will not return - they should shut down this horrible store!

Walked in with about $1,000 to spend on 2 suits and other accessories for my brother's graduation. There were 5 employees and just me as the only customer in the store. Was there for approximately 15 min.Wasn't greeted once. Wasn't asked if I needed help. Was starred at few times but they just quickly looked away. How these people allowed to work in customer service is beyond me. Im always nice and curtious and look presentable. This was a first for me at express.Went across to Macy's and was immediately greeted by a nice lady with manners. Found everything I needed and a great Carolina Herrera perfume for my mother in law.
