Total "Bait and switch"
I wish I could give zero stars! This place has total deceptive practice. I ordered tires online ahead of time and book the appointment only to be told when I arrived that " the warehouse dropped the ball " and did not deliver the tires. However conveniently the tires they did have in stock or $190 plus a piece. The tires I ordered were less than $90 each. Also there was some type of issue with front struts. So what was originally supposed to be around $250 job, was now almost $500. Course I refuse to pay that and said I'll take my business elsewhere.
I just received the email of the so-called work order from Firestone which indicated different tires were offered to me which were significantly less ($112) than the $198 price point, but these in fact were not offered to me. Nor was there anything about issues with the front struts. I think this location is practicing deceptive methods and then backtracking on their work order so corporate doesn't find out. Do not take your business here, this does not deserve to have the Firestone name on it. Firestone should really check into this location. I've gone to several firestones in the past and always had positive experiences.
While I understand the automotive repair industry can be difficult in the customer service aspect as far as pleasing everyone, No one likes expensive repairs, but I can tell deception. And with the work order being completely different both from the tires of which I ordered and the tires they offered me as well as the other issues were not indicated on there, there is no doubt this place is deceptive. Do not take your business here. Again Firestone really needs to check this place out as they are damaging firestones reputation.. Will never be back and will not allow family to go here.

I have been bringing my vehicle to this firestone for years, and today I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change. I went to pick up my vehicle around 4pm and when the employee told me the total I had to have him repeat it. $105.30?! I said I had never paid more than $35-$45 for an oil change there before, that's when he looked at the service notes and relayed that they used full synthetic oil. I have NEVER had them use full synthetic oil in my vehicle in the 5+ years I've been going there, and the employee even confirmed that by looking through my history. I was never asked what oil I wanted (they've always just referred to my history), and I can't help but feel taken advantage of. The employee offered no explanation as to why they used full synthetic oil, or didn't even offer me any sort of apology or discount for the mix-up. He just gave me a blank stare and wanted me to pay. I was so furious I just wanted to get out of there before I would cause a scene. I know why they did this, it's because I am a young woman and they wanted more money for the service. Absolutely ridiculous and unjust, I will be calling Monday morning to speak to a manager. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Terrible service, if you have an appointment they don't respect the time, my husband had an appointment at 10:30 am and they told him he had to wait for one hour and a half or more.

We had a pretty scary issue on the highway with our camper..and we stopped by to check on our trailer connection. We were helped by the manager (didn't get his name) and he offered an immediate kind and helpful response to our questions. And we went back on the road assured. Thank you for saving our vacation and for being so helpful!

I've been going to this specific Firestone for years now over the Shrewsbury location which is closer to me for one reason: Customer Service. They've been nothing but hardworking, trusting and respectful at this location. I truly wish the best for everyone and will continue to bring my business here. I have a appointment to change tire they told me it was very busy and then told me if you want to wait is going about 3 hour I said okay and turn out he says he can't install new tire because you have 35 serious tire is too low before when I make appointment I told them I have 35 serious tire now they told me can't doing anything I have ro to make appointment to Shrewsbury store so I just leave I just want to let everybody know why I have to appointment if you can't install why don't tell before that

I have had good experiences the last couple of times going to this location. Not sure if new management or crew but they were very courteous and considerate. Went over details with me and even applied a coupon for me without having to ask. Wait time was not long and job was done within the estimated time.
