I Just went in to exchange something( yes I know final sale I was an idiot who didn’t read) and I am someone who understands when I can’t do returns/ etc. I went in and asked if I could exchange. The cashier who was a young girl, she comes up to the register with NASTIEST attitude. She was so rude from the get go. She tells me rolling her eyes, “I’ll do this ONE time for you and that’s it” I thanked her and apologized. The attitude continued as she told me “the next person won’t be as nice next time” as I’m standing there silent. She was genuinely one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I was not mean. I was not demanding. I didn’t even ask her to let it slide. She was the one who said I’ll do it. I said okay when she said final sale. She was so rude I left shaking. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. It wasn’t the exchange. It was how she spoke to me. Never felt so belittled ever. She literally said as I walked out “and don’t come back if you want another exchange” just like that.

Forever 21 is one of the best places to go for your trends and styles.They have jeans, shorts, tops, shirts,shoes, lingeries n loungewear, swimwear, sunglasses, jewelries. Men, women n children can get something nice to grab at this store.Forever 21 has unique items. Shopping here is so exciting. There are items on sales up to 50% off some items every weekend.Sales associates here are very good and exhibit excellent professionalism.I highly recommend Forever 21 @ the Auburn Mall.

Best store ever great prices and the staff is wonderful! Such beautiful, helpful people! Easy to figure out the layout and nice colabs with other designers! I always feel awkward cuz im maybe to old to shop there but they are named FOREVER 21 LOL

I come here with my teenagers and they Love the clothes here. I actually buy here as well And get plenty of compliments on my clothes. I am a credit card holder for Forever 21. And the kids look forward to coming in the store.
