I brought my car here for some repairs after an accident. Everyone in their front office was so friendly and helpful from my initial call through the entire process. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well! They are conveniently located right next to an Enterprise as well, making for an easy rental car experience. If I unfortunately need repair work again, I will certainly return.

3 stars. Would have been 5 stars but they tried to add an illegal 3.5% surcharge to the final bill for paying with debit/credit.
The good: work excellent, 2nd time taking a car there, finished earlier than expected, recommend for that.
The bad/beware: they will try to add 3.5% to your bill. And customers should know in Mass “No seller in any sales transaction may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check or similar means.” per Massachusetts General Laws Part I - Administration of the Government Title XX - Public Safety and Good Order Chapter 140d - Consumer Credit Cost Disclosure Section 28a - Cardholder Discounts; Surcharges; Finance Charge.
When I called them back to let them know this it is prohibited in Mass to add a surcharge I was told “well, if this is going to a problem then we can just wave it [the credit card surcharge fee]”. I said, yes I wanted it waved. We paid with debit card with no issue after that.
So overall ended well but know your Mass consumer rights and save yourself hundreds of dollars in surcharge fees for these big ticket auto body work costs!

I had a great experience! They were very informative of the process and kept me up to date on what was going on without me having to call. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and personable. The women at the desk were great and were always very nice and made me (and my kids) feel important and comfortable. Great costomer service. The work that was done on my truck looks great. They even went above and beyond with cleaning inside my truck. Thank you again very everything. I Highly recommend.

We got rear ended in GA. We received an estimate there in GA but they could not finish the car in time for our trip to Massachusetts.
We gave Fullers the estimate and they agreed to do the work on our vehicle. We are extremely happy with the results. Vehicle looked like new and the staff was awesome!

I am very disappointed with my experience after a car accident. This is going to be a bit long winded but I think its important to not leave out information in order to leave a fair review. I was told that Fuller was the best place to go so when I was hit while driving a didn't hesitate to send it there. the first woman I spoke to was very helpful discussing what my next steps would be and she assured me I would get regular updates and sometimes just "no-update updates" to just let me know we are moving through the process. I have NEVER received a call from them with any kind of an update. The only times they have ever called me were after I had called for an update and was told they would have someone call me back. That has only gotten me an update twice, and both time I had to call more than once, several days apart. I have been reasonable and polite every time I have spoken to someone but I am afraid that I am going to have to start being more demanding as this repair continues.
It has been almost 2 months since the accident, and I still do not have my car. I have been told approximate dates it would be ready multiple times and those dates have come and past with no phone call. I wait until a few days after I was told it would be ready before I follow up, and only then am I given the new information about what is holding it up.
The most recent update came multiple days after an expected completion date, and took two phone calls for me to finally receive. At this point I had been previously told they had already disassembled the car, fixed what they needed to, and reassembled it and we were waiting on a hub cap. He assured me they thoroughly checked and there was no "structural damage" to the car and everything was cosmetic. But in the latest call they told me they had found a structural part that would need to be repaired upon final examination, and it was going to cost several thousand more dollars in parts and labor. The mechanic who can complete this repair is on a two week vacation so they don't know what they are going to do to complete it at this time and I am left to wait.
I cant help but think that the added labor of disassembling the car again is only adding to the cost of the damage, and therefore decreasing the value of my car if anyone were to look up an accident report when I am ready to sell. This damage should have been found when the car was being examined and disassembled the first time, and not on the final check before returning.
I know things like delayed parts and vacation time are not a fault of the shop, but the lack of communication and lengthy delays are within their control. Insurance is covering the repair as the accident was not my fault so this isn't about the money. I still have no completion date, and after the last update is looks like it will be over two months until I get my car back after an accident that was not major.
I am hoping someone on their team sees this review and they make adjustments to the way they handle these types of situations so nobody has to go through the headache that I have experienced.

I have one word to described why I highly recommend this place — Amanda! Her customer service is exemplary. She explained the process in detail, step by step. I am an insurance professional. Customer service is key in this industry. I would be remiss if I did not mention Erica and Brian (I may have Brian’s name wrong, Amanda will know). He assisted with the heavy items in my vehicle and helped me understand the salvage process on a vehicle deemed a total loss. The overall experience was such that I will rely on Fuller for all my automotive needs.

My business has multiple work trucks that have a tendency to get damaged here and there. Fuller has been amazing getting me on the schedule and back on the road fast, looking as good as new.

The office staff is great! Everyone kept me informed all along the way. Even if there was no update, I was still contacted so I did not feel overlooked. The inside of my car looked and smelled amazing!

My car was rearended and the tailgate will not open and there were other damages and marks coursed by the same accident. got a list of repair centers from my insurance.while never heard of Fuller's, I chose them from the list because of their reviews, and I am very pleased that I did so.I called them up and they gave me and appointment for an initial inspection of the vehicle and there after followed by the appointment for the repairs.There was no pressure for me to have my car repaired by them, their professionalism made me believed that I was at the right place.The team communicated every step of the work process until my car was ready and I am happy with the work that was done. my car was cleaned inside and outside and looks great.Everyone at the office was pleasant and easy to work with.Thank you Fuller.William D
