What made my trip that much better was Sherry, at the front desk. She was so patient and kind. She made things work, therefore allowing me a stress free trip (until I broke down! Ha!) I will definitely be back. Thank you, Sherry. I hope your boss knows what a valuable employee you are to that establishment.

Breakfast was awful, hot food was cold , cold drinks were warm. Coffee was awful . beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pool was closed down which is what we went for. Staff was rude

Sherry is absolutely amazing!! We will never stay anywhere else while visiting! Love that the hotel is tucked in and not easy to spot from the main road. The exterior is under repairs, but it didn't affect our trip at all. Best hotel in the area.

I stayed overnight for a visit to Worcester the next day. The hotel is going under some renovations but the disturbance was minimal. The pool was closed but that did not affect me at all. The rooms were a very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was no noise at all from the construction. The next day. I had breakfast in the morning and it was very good.

Great service, people very friendly! Room was ok. Hallway on 3rd floor was leaking and there were buckets everywhere. The pool was out of service. There are construction vehicles there so hopefully the problems will be fixed before too long.

Awful! Brought the family because “there’s a pool”. They haven’t had a pool open here FOR FOUR YEARS!!!!!!!!!! Bait and switch!

The place is under construction, I got a room where the window had plastic covering outside. After I checked in and was getting out of the shower, the construction people are outside the window ripping off the plastic and could have seen us naked if we didn’t run to cover up.
We left the next morning and accidentally left a health tracking ring and purposely left a shirt we didn’t want to keep. I called the next day to ask about items left behind and without a miss they say “we didn’t find anything”. I don’t think they even bothered to check. It is impossible they wouldn’t notice the shirt we left behind, it was bright as day. And the ring I left had a location tracker and was for sure there until around 1pm after which the battery died.
But they refuse to answer when we call or connect via the app.

Sherry was amazing. Had my 86 yr old mom with us. Helped us get the perfect room and shower chair.

The hotel is under construction, which isn’t noted anywhere online or reflected in the price. Rooms were clean and the AC worked great, but it’s hard to look past the loud equipment before 8AM, or the fact that all the windows are currently being replaced. We got a room on the 3rd floor hoping for no one walking around above us, but there was a ton of noise coming from the roof.
Disappointed that there was no warning about, or discount for, the disruption. A simple note saying “Guests should expect construction noise before 8AM” could help people make the choice to book or not based on their needs. Given that we were arriving late at night and hoping to sleep in a little, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Room 201. One Sat night. Very disappointing: reserved for 2 rooms. Asked to be side by side and asked to check in early. None of the requests were possible. The room was clean but smelled like an old smoke. The blind was broken shut. The toilet sounded like a 747. The free breakfast did not look apertizing at all. On top of it all, they are under renovation working on weekends.
The only thing that got them 2 stars is the bed and we were able to sleep.
This is definitely not a 3-star hotel.
