i would not recommend, i ask the guy to resize 3 14k rings and also fix the broken band on all 3 rings and he said it would cost me $215 because he claimed he would need to use the gold he had to fix my rings "apparently" and i also ask if he could fix my Cuban chain lock, he said i would need a new one for $150. so in total $365. i went to there competitors across the stores and was charged $150 for all and polishing on top of that for free!!! look else where in the mall to get jewellery fixed.

He replaced a battery in a watch for me and fixed/removed links from an another watch for me couple years later. Service was quick and reasonably priced. A different jeweler had broken the watch band. Will use him again for watch and jewelry repair.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Poor technical skills, lack of respect to customers, and the owner is a downright bully who takes no accountability for when they have done something wrong. I had them replace my watch battery and the technician returned my watch in damaged condition, leaving a significantly deep scratch on the back of the watch face with a sharp, jagged metal surface enough to scratch my wrist. I pointed this out to him and he did not apologize for the damage and frankly didn't even seem to really care, but just said he would have his uncle/owner take a look and see if he could fix it. After I came back (now 1/2 hr from when this all started), the owner returned my watch to me saying he smoothed over the scratch while illogically denying having done anything wrong (?!?). He had the gall to say it wasn't like they had "cracked" the watch or anything, in which case they "would have taken care of it" (... what does that even mean?). He continued to be extremely rude, aggressive, and dismissive of my complaint of the damage, constantly downplaying it to be so minor to non-existent and stating that this damage is to be expected of anyone who does watch battery replacements. He (mind-blowingly) went on to say that if I'm "THAT type of customer" that would expect it back in "perfect" condition, then I should be contacting the watch factory and have them fix it for much more money. Even more ridiculously, he then said that I should have first stated to them my [unbelievably high] expectation of having my watch returned to me in the same condition that I gave it to them in. So, therefore, this is really my own fault that I'm getting it back damaged..??? Almost an hour later, I walked away with my DAMAGED watch (as he attempted but was unable to fully repair the damage they caused), a lot of my time wasted, and feeling dumbfounded at how this just happened - my ears ringing from a ludicrous bullying rant from the owner who barely let me get a word in edgewise after damaging my property. I could not more strongly advise people to RUN AWAY from this little "repair" stand by Sears in the Auburn Mall.

Junk this place over charging people. If you need watch batteries or anything fixed go to tatnuck jewelers. 2/3rd price for any batteries and tried to up charge me for a movado saying it's a special battery and special tool needed. Bad for business

My watch strap broke off. Went to Kay's where I got my watch from. The fix would've taken 3 weeks long. Instead I went to this little shop just outside Kay's and Tom was able to fix it in matter of minutes. Definitely would come back! Got 2 other watches that needs attention.

Very quick repair and sizing services and good pricing compared to the jewelry stores in the mall itself, would definitely recommend to others
