The lady behind the counter tested my battery and confirmed it was weak but charged. She showed me 3 options for my battery. All were a stronger cca rating than my car's factory battery. Chose one with no sales pressure. There was a small installation fee. An OBD setting saver device was used during replacement. The new battery cleared the check engine code my car had. My online Google search had shown the code could be caused by a weak battery!

Turned the key this AM only to hear click, click, click!
Jumped started the 5 year old battery and headed over to the Auburn store as they opened at 8AM.
The manager hooked us up with a cost effective replacement, installed the same and we were on our way in 15mins which saved our day.
Excellent client centric service from a local establishment.

Excellent Service as usual.Besides assisting me replace car battery, personnel also were assisting old gentleman with car FOB battery and older woman with watch battery. Service the way it should be.

Amazing services and always very thorough in making sure the correct battery goes into your vehicle, especially with all the electronics in these newer cars you need a dependable battery and these guys will get you back on the road, without all the hassles of the big box parts store. The battery warranty is also footnote at most big box stores but interstate actually honored the warranty for me on my plow truck which essentially they didn't have to cause it was technically a commercial vehicle but they did anywayAlso the battery i needed for my nissan was actually cheaper with interstate then the die hard battery at advanced will use them always in the futureBig thanks to you guys, especially the wonderful lady that exchanged the battery for my truck

Well I thought it was pretty expensive but I just bought a truck battery and it was 217 bucks and change,but it's has a three year warranty and no questions asked if it fails for any reason plus a 2- 1/2 year warranty on top of that, for a total of 5-1/2 years!
