Always have had a great pedicure at J&J Nails in Auburn. This salon has always been very accommodating when I have just walked-in. I recommend giving this salon a try.

The place is clean, but they charged me $65 for a pedicure and the guy that was doing my pedicure made me feel very awkward

Got a pedicure the place I normally go to wasn’t open.. so gave this place a shot.
1. Super expensive and and xtra $25 for gel that they didn’t even put on!
2. My whole pedicure was rushed and I was cut a couple of times.
3. They DO NOT throw the items they use on u away, they put them in a room to be washed and reused. No wonder I have an infection on my foot and leg now.
And I’ve called and complained and they will not give me a refund.. and they would not let me leave without tipping

Received a pedicure and the man was rude and it was very rushed. Was told it was an up charge for basic feet scrubbing. Then received an awkward shoulder massage the end.

My mom & I just went for a pedicure and had an amazing experience! The pedicure/massage itself was great.. the people were SO nice.. and we really appreciated that there was no strong scent or loud tv’s playing. Highly recommend!

No longer the best in town. Cutting corners while raising all prices. Plain manicure with no polish is now $25 and not impressive from $17.00. Plain pedicure with no polish is now $55.00

I have been getting my nails done there for months. I have gotten pedicures and my gel nails done there and have had the best experience. I have recommended them to many people. Amy is fantastic!

I had a bad experience with getting a dip and are very disappointed should not have had to pay the full 45.00 the women was rushing and made mistakes with doing my nails and had to start over again and my nails dont look as good as they should.

Came for a pedicure and there is a lack of attention to detail. I asked for a straight across cut on all toes. My big toes are not cut down to the same length and the corners of them were rounded out which is not a straight cut that I asked for. A few of the other toenails were cut slanted at an angle too. The cuticle on my right big toe was not pushed back all the way before applying the polish so the color is slanted at the base which looks sloppy and uneven with my left big toe. Also felt rushed during my service and the only redeeming quality was the shoulder massage at the end.

Made a last minute appointment last Saturday which they gladly accommodated. Once I got there, my nail tech Angie, was so sweet and paid high attention to detail. She took her time on my basic pedicure w/gel and gave the best massage. I’d 100% go back! I’ve never had a nail tech actually take their time especially when I get a regular pedicure. Angie- you’re the bomb!!

Yesterday, May 11, I went to j&j nai & spa for a pedicure. A guy named James received me. He kept looking out the window while doing my pedicure. Every step of the work seemed to be in a hurry, irresponsible, and not detailed enough. My pedicure was over in a short while. He then enthusiastically received a woman in red clothes. It felt that he was very enthusiastic towards the woman, which was completely different from his attitude towards me. Everyone wants to get good service. I don't want to come here again after this experience.
