I absolutely love this place, its my go to at all times. All the women are so nice and do a great job as long as you communicate! Im really squirmish when it comes to pain but theyre always so nice and gentle with me.

Last time I went there, it was perfect but today the woman completely messed up my eyebrows, leaving it uneven and then she was rude saying move from the chair while I was waiting for her senior to control the mess she had created. It’s a hit or a miss I guess! Last time, it was just perfect and today, idk if I feel comfortable going out for a while.

Please never go to this place, it's the worst thing I've ever visited. They cut my left eyebrow in half and the girl tells me that she is going to fix it and the only thing she did was cut the other eyebrow in half too so that they looked the same... girls if you really love your eyebrows never go to this place..

Horrible work, came here for years and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else. Didn’t even ask me what kind of shape I wanted and didn’t listen. I’m horrified to even go out in public now. Please listen to the reviews that this place is a CONSTANT hit or miss. I’m gonna go hide my face for the next month now ✌??

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and I specified that all I wanted was to have my eyebrows cleaned up and to keep my natural shape and long tail ends of my eyebrows. The woman did the first eyebrow and it came out pretty good, then she did the second and I didn’t have a chance to really look until I paid left a nice tip and got to my car to see that half the tail end of my eyebrow is noticeably missing. Making my eyebrows both look very uneven. Not right at all.Service: Eyebrow threading

Been going here for years. They once were good and they have gone way downhill lately. Left wax all over my face and practically waxed my eyelashes rather than eyebrows. Time for a new place.

This place is constantly a hit or miss, last time I went here I loved my eyebrows, this time they got completely BUTCHERED. I am extremely unhappy with how thin they are when I specifically asked for them to be thicker and they didn’t even check halfway through the service to ask if I wanted to go thinner, she just did it. On top of that she didn’t even finish the middle of my eyebrows. If you are going to charge $15 for threading, then actually know how to do eyebrows. I had an event coming up and now my eyebrows will take months to grow back!

Ojana gave great service and I am totally satisfied, I will b back. I just moved to Massachusetts and was looking for somewhere to thread my brows, so I googled. 0f course I was very skeptical at first to try this place being that I didn’t know any1 or how good they work. As I entered I was greeted immediately (it was Labor Day weekend so I decided to go early to beat the rush, so I was there by 11:30am). I was impressed with how clean the place was and all the staff, though busy made eye contact with me so I felt even more welcomed. Ojana did my brows and she was superbbbb! She had great convo, she sanitized and asked how I felt every step of the way! The best brow service I have ever had!!!!
