“Mike C. was extremely helpful in picking out my wedding band. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He also encouraged me to try different styles and I ended up realizing I liked what I thought I wouldn’t. I ended up buying the ring at a later date online but if possible I wish he could commission for my order because he was amazing. I had visited several other jewelers and I did not get the treatment that Mike gave me. In addition, Zales had a better selection of rings compared to other stores I visited. Highly recommend.”

“If this is the one near the food court, go there. The are a smaller store compared to the second one further down the mall but they have more varieties. I do find the second location closed sometimes which is how I found out about the one near the food court. I believe her name is Monica and The other Jerry. I usually don’t spend any longer than 10mins but these two women are unbelievable. Time didn’t exist when speaking to these women. Both helpful and empathetic. The atmosphere here with these women is a place I brought my children to get their ears pierced. Excellent service ladies. I’ll be returning AGAIN. My wife’s going to get jealous haha ?”

“Aleah and Jenny they were the best and most entertaining and making sure that I stayed busy while my boyfriend was looking and help me find me a ring for him and what size he was to. They also sang and dance for me and had me laughing it was the best for the first time experience and they were so helpful. I recommend them and will come back another time for other things.
