“I went in for a ring inspection and both the Assistant Manager Emily and the Manager (can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. They helped me with the process of getting my ring resized and with buying my husband a new ring after his band became warped. Even though my husband’s ring wasn’t bought from them, they helped make it more rounded while we waited for us new ring to come in. From start to finish Emily made sure we got done everything we needed and was very informative. We were extremely pleased with our experience!”

“Service was knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. They told me things about my watch I didn't know (using the backlight runs a battery down much quicker), they voluntarily cleaned the interior of a watch that needed it. Cost me $15 per battery versus another jeweler who wanted to charge me $25. I'll be back.”

“If this is the one near the food court, go there. The are a smaller store compared to the second one further down the mall but they have more varieties. I do find the second location closed sometimes which is how I found out about the one near the food court. I believe her name is Monica and The other Jerry. I usually don’t spend any longer than 10mins but these two women are unbelievable. Time didn’t exist when speaking to these women. Both helpful and empathetic. The atmosphere here with these women is a place I brought my children to get their ears pierced. Excellent service ladies. I’ll be returning AGAIN. My wife’s going to get jealous haha ?”
