Unfortunately I've been waiting 30 minutes for this location to open. Today is Friday 3/29/24, this location should be open by 10.Employer !! Get rid of the entire staff ... not only are they not punctual and irresponsible the are not customer friendly.

The store manager, Jose was very kind, very patient, and was willing to compromise to please any customer. I am very appreciative for the work he did for me. I only hope more people can understand how great of a person he can be to anyone whether they are a customer or not. please promote this man or give him a raise, he deserves more!

I dont go to the mall very often and nrver go to Lids but wanted tonget my boyfriend a new hat.the guy that worked there was super nice and helpful with ever detail.i didnt know that they embroidered hats too.the guy who was working friday betwen 4-closd was amazing and had great customer service skills and alot of patience.thank you very much lids

Prices keep getting higher. $50 for a baseball cap is rediculous. At Xmas they used to have buy 1 get one 1/2 off so u got 2 hats for $50. Prices keep going up I won't be buying there anymore

Called to be sure they did embroidery and to double check their hours, with covid you don't know what you're getting for hours and staffing. Drove 40 minutes to get there and they tell us they can't embroider the hat we need embroidered because we don't have the receipt for it.... it was a little league hat

1 worker (if there was another worker, they were nowhere to be found)… The 1 worker was doing something to another hat (he was working by hand, not the embroidery machine) when I wanted to buy a hat, he told me “1 second”… I was ready to pay… I let him continue for about 5-7 minutes… (I didn’t want to interrupt)…. He never stopped doing what he was doing to the hat… I told him I was ready to buy…. He continued… didn’t say one word, didn’t even look up…..he saw me and my wife leave, he didn’t say anything about what I wanted to buy….. i just walked out and didn’t buy the hat because he wouldn’t take my order… I shouldnt have to ask someone 3 times to take my money…
