The team at Lundgren Collision is amazing. We had a great experience with them after our 2016 Toyota Highlander was rear ended. It looks like the accident never happened and they did an amazing job detailing the car. It's like having a new car again.

My car door got hit and was dented in and so with the help of my insurance company ( GEICO) who recommended Lungren Collision Center to repair my car . So they called them for me and booked me an appointment for the car. I dropped it off on a Saturday and they were done with it on Thursday just like they said !
I highly recommend this place ! ?

I am very satisfied with the work done! They matched the paint on my older BMW perfectly. The service was friendly and world class. They kept me updated every step of the way via phone and text. Their passion to do the right thing for the customer (instead of what is easy and profitable) is rare and refreshing! The receptionist is very professional and friendly made it very easy for me . Mike was amazing great guy with a great personality very helpful and kind . His people did an amazing job fixing my car after someone hit me . I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my experience here ! They went above and beyond they even cleaned the inside of my car for me !!! First time using the Lundgren Collision Center. I was greeted professionally, the staff was very friendly, and the process and time of repair was explained to me as we did our walk around. They also contacted me regularly during the repair process to let me know the status of my vehicle, with the repair being completed in less time than projected. The outcome was great, the car was washed, and the interior was vacuumed. I highly recommend Lundgren for any body work your vehicle requires.

Was hoping the recommendations from my friends were good enough but after seeing the reviews and currently going through what some people have said in the reviews. Im giving 3stars and that's before my car is finished. Why 3 stars? Car got hit Jan 3rd, they couldn't take my car til Jan29th. From then it took until Feb 13th for final estimate to get approved. (I blame the insurance adjuster for that one, he took long.) Car went into repairs maybe two days later, Im not sure. Has been in repairs since then with an estimated date of completion for March 12th. On the 12th, I got told its scheduled for completion on the 18th, mechanical work was done and it needed one last thing before going to body shop. Now Im being told its still in body shop and will go into paint department sometime next week and I will be contacted Wednesday for an update. I understand winter just went by and there were alot of accidents but this is nothing new and has been going on for several years now from what I can see. It's not fair and not right. I dont want to rush them but I really need my car back already. I will update this review and the rating based on finished results and how the car feels after 2 weeks of having it back.

Update Feb 2024-after almost three months and Lundgren destroying my truck, I have taken it to another shop.FYI - This review is written before I see the finished product.I picked Lundgren based on Google Reviews and the recommendation of Progressive Insurance. My vehicle has been there since the beginning of December (it is now the end of January) and I have been promised its completion multiple times, yet it always gets pushed off, for some reason or another.I was encouraged by the other reviewers stating good communication from Lundgren, but I have received anything but. I have been told different things by everyone there. I have been told several times, that they would update me later in the day and even after numerous calls/messages/texts, I get no response.I have been told it would be ready, one day and then get a message telling me it will be a few days or a week.I am not trying to rush them, since I want the work completed and hopefully it will be done well, but I do expect reasonable responses from someone who is doing a job for me, who I am paying.I will update the review with details on the work. Hopefully it will be better than the responsiveness and reliability of the shop itself.
