“I get extremely anxious when I need to have bloodwork done. I've passed out a few times before in my younger years. It's just something I dread and my mind won't stop over thinking it. Yes I'm sure nobody likes getting it done, but Bonnie and Patience make me feel welcomed, respected, comfortable and most importantly relaxed. I will not go to any other laboratory because of the two of them. They both are very kind, considerate, gentle and caring. Bonnie and Patience always have a smile on their faces. Unfortunately, lately I've been there quite often, but each time my experience is the same. Yesterday I had Bonnie in the morning and Patience in the afternoon. Today Patience called me late afternoon right before closing and said that I needed to come back for more lab work for one of my doctors. I asked her " When do you close and she said 10 minutes, but don't worry if you want to come now I will take you." So, I ended up going up there after the call. She took me right in. Now that is great customer service! Check in is fast and efficient. If you bring your license and insurance card it's even quicker. I usually walk in and I have never waited more than 5 minutes. However, you can make an appointment online and they always have plenty of appointment times available. Quest on Winthrop St makes the process of getting my lab work done bearable. Anywhere else makes me cringe and want to turn around and go home.”

“I gotta say Quest has to have the friendliest staff they are absolutely the best than my other options. In fact my only other option for Saturday labs is 20 miles away and they are always busy. In fact I went 6 months ago and I went for 8am and got there at 745 I left at 840 and I had an appointment. I went to Quest as a walk in on Saturday at 7a I was on my way at 718a.”

“Never had any issues w this draw site. After reading negative reviews people need to understand the tech drawing your blood is IN NO WAY responsible for getting you your test results. They only take the samples and send them to the lab(s) where the testing is done. They CANNOT access your results.
The Douglas site CLEARLY states they don’t do drug testing. When writing negative reviews be sure the criticism is directed at the corporation NOT the tech. I will of course agree professionalism should ALWAYS be present.”

“The phlebotomist I had was amazing! She got me on the first try and said she was known as the "vein whisperer"- so true! I brought my baby and she was so accommodating, totally understood, even held the double doors for us on the way out. Fast check in, awesome staff, great blood draw!”
