Originally gave this place 5 stars because they offered me $100 off for a good review. However, I’ve been dealing with things that made me feel like I had to come back and change this. I had my brakes completely replaced (rotors & pads) towards the end of the summer last year and have been hearing noises since - I brought my car in to be serviced 2 additional times and they change 1 little piece instead of driving my car and actually listening for the sound I’m describing. Even if my brakes pass the inspection, they should not make noise. Period. These guys don’t actually try to solve things, they do an easy fix and charge the warranty. They also left grease stains on my seats and on the entire body of my car. Not the least bit professional and clearly don’t care about what their customers are telling them (especially if you’re a woman).

I had an oil changed at Midas in Auburn and I am very impressed with the service. They quickly got my car into the service bay and began working right away. Rick was friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

After a very poor experience at the Westborough Midas I cannot express enough how lucky I was to end up being passed off to the Auburn location to fix the brake job that Westborough screwed up from the start. The manager in Auburn, Rick, was understanding, kind, helpful and accommodating from our first phone interaction. The communication was clear and concise. The technicians are skilled and proud of their work. I dropped my car before they opened and had a full diagnosis of the issues, with photos, texted to me by 9:30am. Rick followed up with a phone call before doing any work. He wanted to be sure I saw everything and answer any questions I had. I finally met Rick that afternoon when I got dropped off to pickup my car. A true gentlemen who spoke so highly of his technicians that had already left for the day, a little early, because of the heat. This is the sign of a great boss and working environment. I will never go anywhere else with my car moving forward. If I have any issues or need any maintenance done I will be happily calling Rick to schedule. Knowing that you can truly trust your auto mechanic is priceless. Keep up the amazing work, Auburn Midas!!!

Rick went above and beyond for me. The time he gave compared to the time I had to wait was much shorter. Safe space for women. Out back across the street for some food while you wait. Store was very clean. Thank you!! Just ask for coupons. They will look for you
