Wife and I went to MidState, we were "just looking" Bella met us, as we were walking in. Bella was great, she made the entire experience, easy with no pressure.
We went looking for a Camry and we left, with a brand NEW 2024 Outlander (tech package). If you are in the market for a new car. Run don't walk, to Mid State. Ask for Bella!!!

My wife’s car went in for service this past Saturday for oil change and new brakes/rotors..we also had a noise in the back (wheel bearing )they checked it out , had the part on hand and I was shocked it was covered under warranty still we bought the car almost 4 years ago saved us roughly 700$ matt and his team are excellent!!!

I went for a routine recall (software update) and that morning I found a low beam headlamp out. They fit in replacing both headlights and even had to get them off-site. I cannot share enough how well they treated me (I did not buy my Mitsubishi there) and how they went above and beyond... I'll go back to them for everything including my 3rd Mitsubishi when needed. Thank you.

Not exactly proud to say that I've been through many cars in my, all things considered, short driving career. So, I've developed some opinions of dealerships over the years; some good, some bad... mostly bad. When my girlfriend's car finally broke, I dreaded the days to come. However, every single person at Midstate turned me into a liar with her. Being it was her first-time car buying experience, I tried to prepare her for the worse (we got a taste for it at a competitor moments before, not going to say who, but it reminds me of a soup cup). Stopping at one last place for the night we met Joe. The time, compassion and desire to truly help us was unlike anything I've seen or got accustomed to. From start to finish I can honestly say it was a absolute pleasurable experience. I'm terrible with names and wish I could call out everyone that worked with us at this location. I'm hoping that my current vehicle lasts me a while but with my track record I know I'll be in the market for myself again soon. It is without question that Midstate got a new customer in me. Thank you all. I'll be seeing you again when the time comes!

Ray and his team at midstate auto group are absolutely wonderful to work with. They made my first time buying a car from a dealership fast and seamless. They have it down to a science and made me feel comfortable with everything before driving off the lot with my beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan ! Ray, Sue, Bella, Tanya and the entire Midstate team was incredible from start to finish. They made my car buying experience flawless, easy to understand and (most importantly) FUN! Can't thank them enough for taking great care of me and my family. They were so knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave all the right options to make the purchase feel pressure-free and informed.

Best place to get your vehicles. I now own 2 Highlanders 2018 and 2023. Love them both. Staff are like family. Bought 4 cars from them, loved them all. Brian has been amazing to me and my family
