I called on a Holiday, and spoke to Rich he was very helpful and proactive. Thank God they were open in a Holiday! No one else was! Then I told him I had to be at a job interview by 12:30, they finished everything by 11 am, oil change and changed a tire. I was very happy with the service.

Took my truck to get tires new tires put on, was told I would get a call when my truck was ready. Never received a call, ended up showing up after I got out of work at 6:30pm to find my truck outside with the windows open and the shop closed, later took at look at the new tires and realized all my wheels had been damaged, scratches and chips all around them.
Never going back here again.

Called due to ongoing issues with squeaking brakes that was not resolved despite a different service center working on it several times. I called Monro with my issue and they were able to fix my car the same day, they quickly found the problem and now there is finally no more squeaking! Overall great customer service experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Auburn Monro took me last minute for an alignment when another auto shop canceled as I walked in for my appt. Staff were so friendly and had me out in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely be back 😊

Today I went to the Auburn location to get a new set of tires. The staff printed a quote and I agreed to a set of Goodyear Maxlife tires with a 85,000 mile warranty. When I get the receipt, it shows that they put on Goodyear Comfdrive tires with a 60,000 warranty. The staff never let me know if the first tires were out of stock etc. Absolutely scammed me hoping that I wouldn't notice that they gave me a lesser set of tires. Attempted to call corporate multiple times and the call doesn't connect. So disappointed by this whole interaction.

Came for a Blinkah! Got my brake light and plate light replaced! In and out in 15 minutes! Rich and Joey were EXCELLENT! Fantastic work and so quick! I’m coming back for the big stuff! I have a 2020 Jeep Renegade!
