I just had the best service today...Jonathan replaced my car battery and would not let me leave until everything was perfect!!! He was also training Frank, a new employee, who could not have been nicer or more eager to learn! Great team! Thank you both for caring enough to do your job to completion and caring about my safety.

I can’t say enough good things about Jonathan! My car battery died unexpectedly, and I was in a real bind, but he stepped up in a way that truly went above and beyond. Not only did he quickly diagnose and replace the battery with top-notch efficiency, but he also took the time to run a complete diagnostic on my entire vehicle – checking everything from the battery to my harness– even though he absolutely didn’t have to. It gave me such peace of mind knowing there weren’t any hidden issues lurking. His expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. God works in mysterious ways, and I’m grateful He led me to Jonathan .Highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable auto service – 5 stars all the way!

Came into the Auburn store today looking for lug nuts and a way to get her old ones off. I absolutely had the best experience dealing with David, he was, kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. I will go back for any automotive needs.

Went in this afternoon for 29.99 oil and filter deal!!! First price DeAndre gave me was like 34.00 and change? I said you don't have the 29.99 deal? Blamed his partner for telling him to get wrong filter!! Ok!! Next filter it came to $31.69!! Hmm? I asked again I guess you don't have 29.99 deal aye?? His coworker says oh that's the tax !!! Um no the tax is below @ $1.98 so the deal came out to 31.69 plus $1.98 =33.67
