By far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My salesman Ramez was amazing. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Even went out of his way to accommodate my disabled mother and make sure she was happy and comfortable. He was very good with communication and letting me know what was happening along the way. I highly recommend going to stop by and checking him out. 5 stars

Visited this dealership becayse was recommended by friend. I have issues with weird acting transmission. Sara in customer service extremely friendly and understanding deeply my problem. She recommends to perform transmission factory reset. Reset was done by expierenced mechanic. I'm definitely recommended this dealership to anyone with their vehicle problems. I little bit misunderstood they send me survey concept and accidently clicked not positive one star review. Very sorry for my mistake guys. We are humans and we making mistakes sometimes. See you later for service needs ??.

Walked into Patrick, dealt with Joe again and within 2 hours my wife and I walked out both with new Tiguans. This is the 3rd and 4th cars we bought from Joe, he sold 3 others to my family over the years as well. Joe and the rest of the staff at Patrick were great, the process was quick and easy, I would tell anyone and everyone to buy from Patrick Motors and Joe specifically.

I used truecar to find this place and must say at first the service was pretty impressive, and everyone was very responsive prior to making my purchase . There were a couple or things I asked for upon purchasing that weren't completed when I picked up my vehicle. I also had questions within the two weeks after purchasing my vehicle and the communication vastly decreased.. I noticed a problem with a tire that was there prior to purchasing and received no help on the issue. It's unfortunate that this is the way my experience ended up and very disappointing.
