Went in as an existing customer to purchase a new device after I lost mine. Salesperson added “Protection 360” to my line for $18/month without any discussion or authorization from myself or my spouse. Shady way to do business.

My iPhone 12 was blank when I got up this morning. I did have it charging overnight. Thought I did not have the cord plugged in properly. Reconnected, still no life.I also tried charging it in my car, still no luck.I went to the Auburn Mall T-Mobile.Marco performed magic & got it started again! He was very congenial & I appreciated his professionalism! Way to go Marco & T-Mobile! Thanks! ?

My bill supposed to be $202:00, every month is a different amount, my last one is 251::00, every time I call them to fix it they give me a different excuse. They give you a promotion at the store, but that promotion is not true. I been calling t mobile they still not fixing my bill. I saw so many people at that location with same issues. I’m not recommend this place at all

The sales woman signed me up for 4 lines I didn't ask for, this is fraud. The manager refused to work with me and call customer service. I owe $92 for a line I used for 7 days? Don't go to this store, they don't know what they are doing.

Came to get my daughter a phone for Christmas and Marco was so amazing! He not only listened to exactly what we wanted and suggested the best priced phone without trying gouge us but also found that we were paying on services we weren't using and showed us how to get rid of them while also including some grat money saving deals!. Marco went above and beyond to help us out and is so greatly appreciated!!!

The Sales woman setup me up with 4 lines, which I did not ask for. Then I received a bill, but she told me she would take care of it. When I finally got to see a manager, he said he could help me and wouldn't call customer support for me. Now I have a $91 bill I'm trying to have fixed. Don't go to this store, they only care about opening accounts, not actually taking care of a person's problem. I went to the Millbury MA store to get help.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my time in this T-Mobile was quick, concise and exactly what I wanted. The staff there is very punctual and supportive.

I had an internet plan, I canceled it and went to return the equipment, the manager refused to accept it and was very rude to me and my family, not to mention racist, even though I showed him the email with the return details, he didn't even want to open the account.

Went to store to get options for a new phone given T-Mobile was advertising free phones with exchange. I've been a customer for years. Spoke with Marco who was very personable and professional. He was completely honest with me and straight out told me that the fine print in the contract called for trading a phone in good condition which was not the case for me. My phone was beat up. I had to buy a new one without any incentive or promotion from T-Mobile. I'm not tech savvy but Marco was a wealth of information and his honesty and patience explaining technical aspects and pricing of various products was greatly appreciated so I was able to make an informed decision. Marco listened to me and had my best interest in mind when I was making my decisions to purchase. In fact, based on my situation and his diligence and knowledge, he was able to save me approx. one hundred dollars ($100) per month on Internet and wifi/tv. I can't say enough good things about Marco.

Visited the Auburn Store the evening of October 25, 2023 to change my service to TMobile.I was greeted by Marco who provided friendly professional service. It was a pleasant experience. TMobile is fortunate to have individuals like Marco providing excellent service.

I came in to upgrade to the new IPhone , they told me my phone bill with go up $50 because I was financing it , I didn’t mind but when my phone bill came in , I let went up $133 instead of $50 , when I went to a different T-Mobile to fix the issue they told me the T-Mobile that I last went to ( auburn mall T-Mobile store) added 2 extra lines and a line for a Apple Watch . I didn’t ask for any of that and they didn’t even tell me they added that . I honestly feel like they were trying to scam me . If I can give 0 stars I would
