Employees don’t really know what they are doing. I should look the reviews before open an account. No respect for the customers, just excuses for things never happened before with any other bank. Just the answer about my “cash” unavailable is that it’s a new account (cash on hold?) nothing that the manager can do in here, just sent a form and wait for someone call back! Nobody the manager could call to solve the customer’s request??? The worse services I’ve seen. They don’t have answers for questions, just seat down and wait for someone call me back whenever they want to?It’s not right…

Can’t manage to cook pre-cooked food. Disgusting.Customer service is horrible and can’t hear them from the ordering machine.Time to get new employees or just close down. You’ve been here too long apparently.

Victoria provided great customer service as soon as I walked in- Tanyon was able to assist with my notary needs and educated me on some of TD’s products without being pushy. Knowledgeable, courteous and a great experience!

I’ve been coming here once a month and depositing cash into my landlords account for rent for over 6 years. I came in today to do the same and they now require your social security number. And they ask you out loud in the middle of the room where there are other customers standing in line that can hear your social. I’m not one to treat my SSN like a phone number so they were unable to do the deposit. My landlord lives in FL and is retired and not too mobile anymore unfortunately so for her to go out to the bank with a check to deposit it is a lot for her. I’d mail a check all day but it’s not convenient for her. She is the TD customer that they should care about…I explained this…And the geeky kid with dark hair and glasses…makes me never want to step foot in this branch again. That kid definitely feels entitled and talks down. I just started a business and was going to open a business checking with them once I received my EIN due to how convenient this branch used to be. Not any more. Looks like DCU just got another customer.

Manager is a Joke wouldn’t allowed me to withdraw money because my license was from Pennsylvania asked what am doing all the way in Massachusetts I told here clearly look at my license it clearly saids cdl am a truck driver trying to bank where am at

Have done business with this bank for over 20 years, After reviewing my bill I noticed and extra fifty dollar fee. I pay fees every month 15.00 for checking account 1.00 to get a statement every month, 35.00 for over draft fees and I also pay for my checks. I have done business with this bank for years and when I inquire why I have and extra fee . They won't tell me why. Other banks offer free checking and checks but this bank charges fees and extra fee with no reason. Very Upset.
