Purchased a box to ship a high end mountain bike. they took the bike to pack and ship. They didnt use the box but rather a few boxes taped together which facilitated in the bicycle arriving damaged. Sent me to UPS corporate to handle which they didnt. No apology no compensation, they are corrupt and do not stand behind their own work, as a result my son(16) is out thousands.

They are so much nicer there than they are in Worcester and you don't break your car to go in. Every time I go to the Worcester one I scrape the bottom of my car and my bumper because the entrance has a big incline and they could care less

These people are useless and lazy. Go to FedEx instead. They won’t even bother lifting a finger if everything isn’t filled out for them. FedEx on the other hand doesn’t mind helping people out. I will go there instead. Horribly run company.

It is the UPS with the least qualified personnel in passport matters, they know nothing, I wasted my time and money, I took some photos and they were rejected for the form, the background should have been white and it ended up with purple shadows.
