I love the customer service that disestablishment gifts to their customers I've only had a couple problems in all the years I've been doing business with my debit card and they straighten it out by the end of the day. I have my mortgage with this institution in my home equity loan and I've gotten nothing but excellent service. The people in the almond Branch are fantastic.

My Mother insists on seeing Olga Ganias in Auburn because her customer service goes way above and beyond. She takes the time to make sure she understands completely and at 77 yrs old with slight dementia it takes a little time. She is treated with dignity and respect, such a great new asset to the branch. She’s very clear and conscientious.It is appreciated greatly. It’s very difficult to find such honest caring customer service!!

The most Mickey mouse credit union I have ever experienced. They are awful. Their online banking is so awful that it wont work regardless of if you are doing everything correctly. It locked me out of my account on my phone even though the password was correct and that same password and username let me log in on my desktop. They didn't know what Venmo was and as a result charged me a HUGE overdraft fee that I had to basically argue and fight over to get dropped. Don't trust them with your money or your time they will waste both 1/10 would rather have no bank

Staff was polite, facility was clean and bright. We were waited on in a timely manor. Opening our new CD account was easy and the manager was informative, knowledgeable and polite.

I had accounts at this bank for years. My mom became very sick. I had to become her health care caregiver. She passedaway 5 years ago. I was stupid closed my accounts. Started dealing with 1 of moms bank. People's in Worcester. Terrible mistake ? RUDE, NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL TELLERS. TIME TO GET BACK TO WEBSTER BANK. CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS AND HIGH LIMIT CREDITCARD. I HOPE WEBSTER BANK CAN HELP ME . A SENIOR, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED PERSON. HOPE THEY HAVE A BANK CREDITCARD. I AM HOPING WEBSTER IS STILL GREAT ?. LIKE IT WAS FROM MY PAST DEALING.

We here at Salon Professional Services, what to give a shout out to all the people at this bank. I had run into a problem with my accounts at two different banks about a week ago. I’m still waiting for the big bank to respond. While my problem was solved in a day from Webster First. Thank you Mary and Shana for your professionalism. I went to the bank at 6:30 pm to open three separate accounts and they were incredible. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and never once did I feel rushed because they were closing at 7:00. I tell all my friends to switch to them now.
