Mike C. was extremely helpful in picking out my wedding band. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He also encouraged me to try different styles and I ended up realizing I liked what I thought I wouldn’t. I ended up buying the ring at a later date online but if possible I wish he could commission for my order because he was amazing. I had visited several other jewelers and I did not get the treatment that Mike gave me. In addition, Zales had a better selection of rings compared to other stores I visited. Highly recommend.

I came in and had an amazing experience with the store manager. She helped me fix issues I was having with my ring cleaned it and even gave me advice on caring for it. Now it looks brand new!

On June 10th 2025 sometime in the morning. My sister, my son and I went to Zales at Auburn Mall and there was a man and a women who assisted us in buying a black tungsten wedding ring for my husband for Father’s Day. It did not fit so we went back June 16th 2025. They just didn’t seem interested in helping us, I had a gift receipt but they did a return rather than a exchange. Asking me about prices, etc. in front of my husband when it should of been a gift HE should NOT know the price. We just did not like the vibe, they asked me for the card that I purchased the ring on but I did not have the card since again I got a gift receipt why do I need the card. The guy said rather go online and buy the ring to get the card and go back to Auburn Mall so that they could get the commission. We ended up just going home and I ordered another black tungsten ring from another company online. At least it was cheaper.

I’ve been going to this particular Zales for years. Always been treated well and appreciated. Today 4/4/25, my wife and I were greeted by Michael immediately and with a smile. We needed a diamond inspection and some work to be done and we’re looking into adding a band to my wife’s engagement/wedding set. First of all, Michael made sure we were set up properly with our information for the warranty. He explained things we have never heard before, and set us up with a new folder and some paperwork that will ensure we have all we need down the road. As I was working on that my wife sat down with Jensine and started looking at new bands. Another five star employee! She was on top of her game, made great suggestions and was a wealth of knowledge. As a team, they came up with exactly what my wife was looking for. They both took great care in making sure the rings would be soldered together in the correct order and orientation by the jeweler. Leaving her rings behind anywhere is a stressor for my wife, but this duo had her mind at ease with their professionalism and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier and will never go elsewhere. There was another young lady there, I didn’t catch her name, but watching her deal with other customers I could tell she’s on the same page as Michael and Jensine. What a team!

I had a horrible experience at Zales in Auburn mall! They couldn’t repair a ring that was under warranty, switched it out for the same one, and said I had to purchase a new warranty! The ring was in the shop 3 times in 3 months, and they tried to play like it was fixed this last time trying to pick it up! I was treated rude by the associate when I asked if she could send it back again, and she then said, “It was four thirtied”, which means they were unable to fix it, and she was trying to pass it off to me again! She started I needed to purchase another warranty at over 50 dollars! Very unprofessional, and they don’t stand by their products!

I went in to look for a ring for my niece for Christmas. I was helped by the manager Elizabeth. She was extremely nice and was able to order me the correct size that I needed and have it shipped directly to my house. Not only did I purchase one ring, but I ended up buying two. Overall, a great experience.

Had a charm fixed, however the opening was smaller than the rest of the charm, and was too small to fit a new chain that was itty bitty and should have fit through the opening in which they admitted that was fixed incorrectly.Suggested that she pay again to fix their original mistake. Very poor service, do not shop here!

Excellent service. Gabriel was very thorough in taking care of my Warranty jewelry to send out for dip. Mike assissted with checking the jewelry that has diamond bond coverage. Mike was also very knowledgeable about jewelry I was inquiring on in the cases. Luis was very friendly and assisted both Gabriel and Mike. I had many pieces for them to check. They were all very helpful and courteous. We have been coming to this Auburn location for 16 years and have purchased a lot of jewelry. You have a top notch team in these 3 guys.
