When my daughter dropped off the car, Ray was professional and didn't try to upsell her. “This guys an actual hero! I live an hour away and had a dr appointment in needham today. On my way to the appt my (driver side) windshield wiper broke in half in the pouring rain which is my worst nightmare. After my appointment, I spend $60 on new wipers and think I’m good to hit the road.. wrong. My driver side windshield wiper was misaligned and almost broke as soon as I turned it on. I walk into auto zone where the guy who helped me put the wipers on tells me he doesn’t know what to do and to find an auto body shop (drat! foiled again) I pull into this guys shop soaking wet … mind you, this is a collision and auto body center where they’re painting cars all around me. I walk up to the owner, panicked and half crying and tell him what’s going on. He fixed my windshield in 5 minutes without even a huff or a puff. Sent me on my way home without even charging me for the help. THANK YOU!!! thank you for restoring my faith in good people still being out there. You saved my day!”

“I had a nail in one of the tires on the work vehicle. I am unfortunately obligated by work to take the car to their place to be fixed however I needed air till I get there. A white man with dark blonde hair was so kind and professional about it. He added air to all tires and pointed out to where the nail was. This interaction took place sometime in the winter. I was poorly dressed and exhausted after a medical shift. I asked if I can pay for the air and he refused. I highly recommend the services here.”

“I like it. It has almost everything you need to take care of your car. The only exception I have is that during the winter I don't wash my car much for the price that's being paid. I think it should be balanced to to a low price during the winter. But would recommend it doing the summertime springtime fall. That's it. I would make of a suggestion by saying lower the price and the winter. Thank you”
