The Cove is a less known treasure and a good spot for families. It features a playground, a fairly large sand pit with construction vehicles for kids, and picnic tables with grills. There are shady walking and biking trails, including a great loop for dogs. For recreation, it offers pickleball and tennis courts, geocaching, and easy fishing in the cove on the river. The park is well-maintained and provides a great atmosphere with a great view. It has lots of room, a great picnic area, and restrooms. It is a great place for picnics and to spend an evening during spring, summer, and fall.
Spent a lot of time here as s kid. From ice skating, to end of baseball season cookouts to just getting together with friends to hang out and play. Later in life I would go here for walks with my wife. This is one of those places that you don't truly appreciate until you move away and can no longer go there.

Right on the Charles. Has an area for grilling, large playgrounds, walking trails, sports field, and outdoor exercise equipment. Also has a lot of water fowl and is beautiful in the winter when the Charles freezes over.

Very nice park, very clean and there's Toys for the kids to play with in the sand
