Had a really great experience at the Avon, MA location. Dawn was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have rented here for a few years and my belongings were always safe and secure.

My visit today to Exta Space Storage in Avon was great. I was greeted by Thomas at the office and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thomas made a stressful situation like moving quite seamless and calming. He was very patient and explained the details of the contract thoroughly. The site is always clean and easy to access which is why I ama repeat customer. Thank you Thomas!

Do not trust this facility, they allowed my child’s father to be “trusted key holder” aka main name on the account and allowed him to take my name off the account without my knowledge and I was the one paying for it. Even after I spoke with customer service and the manager they still wouldn’t cut the lock or replace the key after I told them he was incarcerated. They really made this man call them from the jailhouse just for him to say no that I cannot access the unit , which they have moved our stuff to another unit in the past for being late on payment so I know they are lieing, which would mean they cut the lock or have a spare key which they deny both. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIEN SCAMMERS SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE !!!!!
