by far the worst costco ..its much smaller than most costcos tiny parking lot and very small store but worst part is the rude and disorganized employees!! DO NOT GO HERE dedham or everette locations are a lot better

Probably the worst Costco we’ve been to. But the nail in the coffin was the food court. Three hotdogs, one slice of pizza and two coffee drinks took greater than 20 min. There was a huge line of people waiting, looking frustrated and confused. When I asked the lady if there were straws she looked at me dead in the eye and completely ignored me.

Very nice Costco! This is the one that I mostly went to. My father became a member in 1991 because my mom worked at the post office at the time and government employees only were allowed to join. Also, the employees are very nice. Cindy is one of the longest employees and she was part of the opening team at this store back in 1991. She is still there and she knows her stuff about this store. Also, the stuffed peppers are found in the food department and they are handmade. They are tasty as prepared foods. Furthermore, the food court sells beefy and affordable hot dogs that I like. Also, the prices are affordable and tons of things are in bulk. The samples are mostly grocery-related and this is a very great thing. I love the samples and I like trying the juices that they offer. Also, the jewelry is located in a back room oom next to the food court with laptops and other valuable items. We need to fill out an order form and take it to an employee at the register in order for the worker to open the room where the laptops, jewelry and other valuable items are stored. The jewelry case is located in the front and I love checking out all the golden rings and golden jewelry in it. Also, the watches are also located in ths same room as the jewelry. I like the selection of watches because they have interesting colors on them. Also, the store is the closest one to where I live in Brockton. I like how the TVs are close to the entrance in rows. The only thing I don't like is how the handicapped spaces are not close together and that is a problem for members with mobility problems. Gold Star Membership stays a good price monthly and annually, but there is inflation going on from time to time. I recommend people to get a Costco card anyway because the card is for membership and we can have savings on food, clothing and other items compared to regular retailers.

We prefer Costco to the other warehouse stores. Every organized and sales floor is neat and clean. The quality of the bakery, meat, produce and self service products are very good. The sale items are easy to purchase. No coupons or gimmicks. Cashing out is quick and easy. Thank you.

I had visited this store once asking about their membership information and it took them a while to get somebody to respond who knew what I wanted to ask because there is a deal with Uber and Costco and I wanted clarification.
Then last night again while driving Uber I had a pick up for an employee at this store at way past their closing time (11:00 pm) and so I went and there was an employee who was super aggressive about where people stop to pick people up at 11:00 pm! The parking lot was practically empty and she didn’t want me to wait in front at the entrance but rather park my car.
I acknowledged the person doing their job and since I was behind another car I waited for them to finish loading up (employee with groceries) blocking the whole road to move. But she aggressively came up to my window and threatened me to call somebody about me waiting. I told her I will move as soon as the person in front of me moved and cleared the road. She was excessively aggressive. I understand not blocking the roadway due to emergency etc but it was common sense that somebody else blocked the road and they needed to clear through. It just needed 5 mins but she wouldn’t have it.
Never will I want to shop at this location even though it is one of the closest to my place. I don’t feel anywhere it was needed to be this aggressive in their parking lot at 11:00 pm with nobody else really there.
Please retrain your employees on acceptable behavior!

Employees are very rude, I ask them to hold my carriage for me while I shop and they get rid of my stuff without my permission.

I previously purchased four tires from Costco in 11/2023. Yesterday I got in my car to some errands when I noticed one of my tires was at 18 psi instead of 37 psi. I looked at the tire and it had a bolt stuck in the tire. I called Costco in Avon and spoke with Frank. He told me he was leaving, but he made sure his team knew I was coming down which made things really easy for me. Upon arrival I was immediately welcomed by Curtis. Curtis took the time to check me in and explain the process. Thomas then was patient in answering all of my questions and worked on my situation immediately! I was SUPER grateful. I was back on the road to finish my chores in under 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!!!

5 stars for Tyler at the Membership/Exchanges desk. Needed to get a new card because mine was old and the picture was inadequate. Tyler was quick and managed to get a winning photo and have me back in my way in a flash. I stopped on my way out, because there was no line, and he checked my cart and marked my receipt since he noticed the receipt line had piled up while I was getting my card replaced. I much appreciated his efforts in keeping me moving.
The rest of the store was a typical Costco. Nothing special to note. Did not visit the restrooms on this visit.

Honestly the parking lot is not effective for handicap parking. There use to be a lot of handicap parking spaces and now the parking lot has some larger handicap parking spaces but not enough of them...there is a lot of wasted parking spaces in the handicap area and its a shame because those handicap spaces are suppose to make going to the store easier not harder...smh.
