I came here with the express intent of purchasing a very expensive Weber grill.
I talked to the salesman, an older gentleman who was helpful. I then walked to the service desk, thinking they would be able to help me get it unlocked.
The three women talked amongst themselves for some time. After several minutes of being outright ignored, I started to walk away, when suddenly one called and asked if I needed anything.
I told her, yes I’m here to buy a Weber, at which point she turned and asked who was here first, me or another man waiting on the other side of the desk, also being ignored.
I was so disappointed in your service that I walked out, I wouldn’t purchase the grill here on principle alone. I will be going to Lowe’s.
Customer service 101! This place clearly has big issues and you should avoid.

I am not a people person at all. However, an employee named Pam (working in garden) was so helpful when explaining about mouse traps. She talked to me about the traps that save the mice instead of killing them! I would have never known if it weren’t for her suggestion. I had no idea there were things to deter them instead of killing them. She was so personable and I appreciated our conversation. Will definitely be back.

Visited to grab a few things from the gardening section. I was able to go into the nursery and grab what I needed very quickly without accessing the entire store which can sometimes be a bit distracting or overwhelming when moving quickly.

They have a decent selection of products, and good stock. The biggest issue and why its only getting 2 stars is the fact that "order-pickup" takes several hours to be "ready for pickup"
For instance i placed an order online for pickup last night after they closed, but its now just past 11am and the order still isn't ready.

So had gone to the home Depot in Avon ma, which I do alot if shopping there .. I had ordered a indoor ceiling remote fan. I had ordered on line on my app and it said will email or txt me when ready. Well I ordered at 8 am in the morning,said give them 2 hour window and no txt or email, finally went to the store to see if I could just pick up because I wanted curbside , but chose to go into store. When greeted at service there was no problem they said give me a few mins. Ok I did that then the employee came back and said could not find it. I said there are 13 advertised in the store and he politely told me it could be anywhere . They had no idea where or how to find it. My question to home depot is this, if you have advertised 13 in the store and no one knows where or how to find it what is wrong with this picture, Home Depot let's do better. I was so upset that I just left and the way this was handled was unacceptable and as a valued customer maybe the answer should have been we will find it, let us do some digging and we will call you later . But the response was It Could be ANYWHERE!!!!! Really . I don't think I want to shop at a home Depot in Avon,ma where no one has a clue.!!! Thank home depot! I left feeling as a customer so unimportant and dismissed .

Do not buy a fridge here if you need it delivered. Paid for delivery for a full size refrigerator. The delivery guy was alone instead of 2 people. Worse my daughter was home waiting for the delivery when the driver asked her to help him haul it??? She’s a skinny kid about 100 pounds not knowing better she assisted him.
