“I go here for their Dominican goods, to get a taste of home at a fair price. Dominican Mangos, sodas, sweets, etc. They have a large enough selection of things so i never need to stop somewhere else to finish my shopping list. I just wish they were covered by a delivery service like instacart cause im a very lazy person and prefer to do my shopping that way, but this place is so good that now and then i make an exception.”
“I was checking out with a couple buddies of mine and we happened to be in the checkout lane of a young man named Avery Orlando. Avery was such a nice kid and was swift with our checkout process. He greeted us with a charming smile and asked about how we were doing. It almost felt like I was having a conversation with a long time friend. I think that Avery deserves a big time raise for the environment that he had provided us. We have the young man a gracious tip along with an Arizona for the young and hardworking man. “I came in here originally to get a bank check. I called Citizens beforehand to make sure I didn't have to have an account to get a check. I NEEDED to get it that day at around 6pm. There was no leeway to get the check another day. When I arrived at this branch, they teller told me that I was misinformed and they could not issue a bank check to me if I didn't have a Citizens account. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed. My bank was closed and I needed to give a down payment to a realtor the next morning to hold the place I wanted. After some coaxing from Amanda (Senior Banker) and Shimian (Universal Personal Banker), I decided to just open the account - and get the bank check. I wasn't going to keep the account open until I spoke to these nice ladies for a while. They were so accommodating and were quick to explain the benefits of keeping the account open. I watched Amanda as customers came through the line, knowing multiple customers by name. These two bankers kept their friendly and accommodating attitudes throughout each and every customer. I would hire these ladies in a heartbeat. To take a pissed off customer, have them leave happy - AND open an account .. is something that I believe should be recognized.”
“I want to say a special Thank you to Stop N Shop in Stoughton. I live in Walpole and I visit and shop at about 5 or 6 different Stop n Shops The Stoughton storer is the ONLY store. That keeps two products that I need everyday in stock. . I made a written request a couple years ago . While all the stores try to keep the products stocked. Stoughton STOP N SHOP ALWAYS HAS IT STOCKED the items are very important and are need for a very ill family member. THANKS”

“I don't understand the terrible reviews. These guys are almost like family to me. They have taken care of my major difficult auto issues for YEARS, and I am so grateful. Today I got my latest car back after my mechanic Sam fixed it up. Sam is amazing. He knows I know something about auto mechanics, so he is careful to show me EXACTLY what he found and why he made the decisions he did. And I think Sam is brilliant. THE BEST MECHANIC I have ever known. I don't understand how anybody could be unhappy with this place. Sam takes the time to teach me. I know, most folks don't want to be taught - they just want the mechanic to fix their car and be done. But to me, this is major shortsighted. Folks who cast shade on this business just don't understand, imho. Did it ever occur to you that YOU are the problem here?”
