The New Balance Factory Store in Avon is noted for its excellent customer service, with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that provides remarkable service. It offers a good selection with promotions and sales, including an extensive clearance section. The store has a beautiful color scheme in its clothing line. While the selection is often better than other local New Balance stores, it can sometimes be short on specific wide sizes and sportier Fuel Cell running models. Overall, it provides a welcoming experience with valuable deals.
