Easy to deliver to. The bad thing is the receiving area is filthy. Literally, trash all over the place. I had to ask if I came in the correct entrance because garbage was everywhere. I’m 110% sure this place will fail an inspection

Had a 10am appointment but arrived at 10:45 due to hours-of-service restrictions—no issues at all. They had me unloaded by 11:30. My next pickup wasn’t until the next morning in Chelsea, so I asked if I could stay overnight. They just smiled and said, “No problem.” In this area, finding a safe and welcoming place to park is a blessing. Huge thanks to Restaurant Depot in Avon, MA for being so trucker-friendly!

The service inside the dish box is too bad, called the forklift to help take things, called a few times did not take, have never seen such a bad attitude, the forklift is too bad

Arrived the afternoon before my Avon appointment because I had a prior stop in Waterbury. Unfortunately they were unable to take me early because they were super busy. No problem! They have overnight parking which is a blessing in the northeast. Was able to get some yummy local food from Door Dash, a good nights sleep and next morning at my 0700 they promptly started unloading me. Would definitely deliver here again!

The customer service from the supervisor/manager is terrible.manager was just chatting and laughing with others.If needed too get something from top shelf hi told me to go to him and hi to send someone.Manager wasn’t really good to use computer himself.Some food don’t have prices and many time prices are different time to pay with what was displayed
