“Just bought a lawn tractor at Home Depot and received the shipping and tracking info the following week. I saw that the shipper was Estes Express Lines. I was like "who?!" I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.”

“I was so impressed with American Auto - Kathy so helpful on phone and I drove my car there to drop off and they gave me a ride home. This company is very professional and the Florida American Auto will find out when my flight is schedule for and deliver my car to me at airport! When I leave FL they will get me to airport from their FL based company. This is the BEST service & I am now a customer for life. I highly recommend American Auto Transport Company!!”

I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. Customer service people were friendly and expedient in my request. Much better than some UPS stores I've been to before.”
“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”
“I came in with some questions most adults should know. I walked in anxious as always, but then was happily greeted by Alisha who put me right at ease with the bubbly professional vibe. She allowed me to ask questions, get answers and also gave me some helpful tips!! Alisha made it so I didn’t cry in the car after that interaction. You ever get so stressed you just shed 5 tears in the car and then scream sing some Adele for a verse or two? That’s happened to me at the Dedham location 8 years ago. Anyways, thank you for having Alisha there when I needed help from my local US Post Office hero.

“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”

“I had a great experience at this Staples store thanks to Gavin! I was returning my Amazon items and I won’t lie, I’d purchased a lot of outfits for my vacation. So when it came time for my returns, I was worried it would be a hassle at the store. I purposely came later in the evening when business was slow so I could take my time, fortunately I had a nice sales associate to assist me. Gavin was patient and helpful during the process, we even chatted about my vacation. It was a smooth transaction and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.”

LFL moved an elderly family member from Long Island to assisted living on Cape Cod. Antiques and artwork necessitated special handling and care. 2019
LFL assisted in emptying the home of a departed family member requiring disposal, sale, storage, and delivery to multiple locations of the household contents during the challenging 2020 period.
LFL expediently moved a young adult to a graduate school apartment and later to a city apartment for work. Both moves required warehouse storage, multiple location pickups and drop-offs due to timing differences and furniture acquisition. 2022 & 2025
LFL twice orchestrated the moves of an elderly person designed to minimize the anxiety and confusion for that person. Pickup, Dropoff, and Setting up the new locations to look familiar were all completed while the person was enjoying an afternoon out with a caregiver. 2024 & 2025.”

“A little smaller than other Stapkes stores I've been to, but still good. No big signs show where to do Amazon returns, but it's to the right after you go in the main doors. Also, as of the time of this posting, they no longer print receipts for Amazon QR code returns.”

“Staff here are great but there has to be better ways for some of their services especially FedEx.
They need to be much faster and able to assist customers better than sending them to self serve drop off!
The orders sometimes get screwed up and you have to talk them through what you need rather than just using their web print portal.”
