Best Verizon store in the area. All the employees go the extra mile, especially Russel, who I mainly dealt with. He was helpful, not pushy, and a super friendly person. Ended up buying 3 new iPhones because of him.

My phone wasn’t working so I went in for help. I forget his first name, but last name he said was Mcgee, he was extremely friendly and fixee my phone within 5 minutes. He was awesome, hope to get his help in the future

I've been a long-term business customer of Verizon and was extremely frustrated at the lack of customer service I received today from the manager at the Avon store. I was told on the phone by a rep that an appointment was scheduled and brought the documentation I was told to bring, only to realize that wasn't correct. The store manager didn't even look up to see if there was anything in the system regarding the disconnect we were looking to do. I grew up in a family business and customer service and solving peoples issues was the number one priority. Not the case at Verizon in Avon!!

I would die for Dee. She’s one of those employees that you have to hang onto because she just handles the situation and makes you the customer feel heard and taken care of. Wonderful service.

Went in earlier today due to an issue with my phone and Dee was amazing to work with! She was easy to talk to fixed my problem so quickly. Will definitely ask for her next time!

I came into the store because I was having an issue with my phone and have never had such a helpful group of people before! I was seen right away with no wait time and they walked me through the issue with my phone. I would purposely drive out of my way just to visit this store if I ever had any problems again !every person was so knowledgeable and friendly. thankyou guys

Absolutely 0 common sense used to help customers. Checking IDs for authorized users but can’t figure out that nicknames aren’t used on drivers licenses. So frustrating that people can’t just use common sense in their work anymore.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in United States!!! One of the store manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Everyone should Try not to come to this location.

The representative I originally got a quote from was friendly and helpful. I went in the next day to close out my business with him and I found he was out sick. The person who took over promised I would get the same rate, but I'm now paying $200 more per month than what I was quoted and assured.

I upgraded my daughters phone(iPhone SE 3rd Gen) for myself(S24 Ultra)and gave her my phone (14ProMax) as an upgrade for her. Over the phone activation hit a snag. Has to go to the Avon location for assistance. Jeremy was the associate that fixed everything in about 10 minutes. My 11yo daughter was ecstatic.
