“I took in my mouse because she developed a fast growing lump. She had a cancerous tumor and the vets explained they could do a tumor removal. I was skeptical at first, since mice are very small and delicate, but they did an outstanding job. My mouse is already back to her happy self and cancer free. The vets were friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they care about the animals they treat. If you have mice or other rodents, I highly recommend bringing them here.”

Dr Harrington, Dr Brahm, Stephen, and the entire verterinary staff have consistently taken care of all our beloved pets with expert knowledge and genuine concern and caring. You are never hurried during an appointment and all your questions are fully answered. When, sadly, there comes a time for end of life care, they are truly kind, considerate and compassionate.
Despite moving from Randolph many years ago, I have always gone to RAH for my pets' veterinary care. Several years ago I moved north of Boston. It would never occur to me to go anywhere else except RAH. The staff is outstanding and, in my opinion, the very best!

“Dr. Johnson and all staff are compassionate, patient and really go above and beyond. My cat Khai was diagnosed with CKD at only 6 years old. We’ve received incredible care and compassion. What I appreciate most is Dr. Johnsons patience in answering all of my questions. Because of the great staff here, Khai is stable and comfortable. He’s defying odds and we’re thankful for everyday we have with him.”

“So I take care of 3 Great Danes for my boss. I was taking them to daycare and they had a busy day helping get the dogs out of the cats, so I had to wait a few and I was waiting outside the vehicle with the AC on and windows down. But with all the action going on outside with the dogs being brought in the great Dan decided to pop their heads and go crazy out the window windows so I rolled them up with the ac on. My guy Bentley the oldest locked all the doors with all three of them inside. Omg !😱 the staff was amazing as they always are! Very attentive and problem-solving thank goodness, cause I didn’t know what to do.they helped me get Yeahthem all out safe and sound. Thank you everyone

“Best place to bring a English bulldog....the Dr specializes in them and is also the president of the account bull dog program...something like that...she knows everything about them and I would only trust her with my new bull dog puppy. When we go in on a Wed, thur or Friday the waiting room is filled with bull dogs of all ages....so I'm assuming everyone knows of her knowledge with the bull dog breed! I would not go anywhere else and it takes u almost an hour just one way to get to her to it's well worth it!”

Examinations are thorough and mindful of the patient. They don't rush the process while providing excellent medical care and observation.”
“I recently lost my sister and moved in with my brother in-law to help with the care of my sister’s 10 yr old yorkie and their 2 yr old 140 lb Rottweiler Tank whom would NOT go to the vet. Dr Martinez not only made it convenient for us, he is reasonably priced. During a difficult time when most people take advantage, Dr Martinez is honest and kind, and only has you do what is absolutely necessary. Unlike those other “emergency clinics” that I have made the mistake of going to multiple times prior that cost 250$ just to walk in the door. I am forever grateful to Dr Martinez and the girls for taking my panic calls and listening to me ramble and cry when I thought something was seriously wrong with the little dog Ryder. They are the best!”

“EBVH is absolutely amazing! I bring my dog and cat there and they treat us sooooo kindly and always make me feel right at home! My dog Popeye loves seeing everyone there, and he doesn’t even mind getting his blood drawn or his vaccines done because they’re so sweet and patient with him!! My cat is normally scared of new people but he just walks around like he owns the place when he gets into the examination room. Every recommendation they’ve ever made for my pets has been such a game changer for their health and quality of life. Even other members of my family bring their pets here and love it!! “I absolutely love this vet, and am so surprised to see such a low rating. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here with both the techs and vets we've seen. Yes, their prices are high, but when it comes to my pet I would rather pay for top notch service than budget for something cheaper. I have called numerous times just with questions about if my dog should be seen and have been told what to do over the phone rather than come in for an appointment. If they really did only care about money, they could've easily advised me to come in and collect. However they truly care about the animals they see. The techs all love my dog and always want to make her feel comfortable (she gets very nervous) and have found their care to be excellent. I would recommend this vet to anyone!”

“I've been going to LAH for many years. My dog has had a lot of different health issues, and each time, Dr. Lainer would explain what was going on, what was needed, an estimate of the cost, recovery time, and more. She was the kid I never had, and they knew that. She passed away last week, and I'm heartbroken. But was reassured that I was doing the right thing (& I know I did, because she had a good, long life). I am deeply grateful for the compassion and kindness shown by the Dr. Gary Lainer and the staff during one of the most difficult times a pet owner can face. They treated my beloved CeCe with gentleness, dignity, and respect throughout the end-of-life stage, while also taking the time to clearly explain each step and support us. Their patience, empathy, and genuine care brought comfort when we needed it most. I would wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking for a skilled and caring team that treats pets—and the people who love them—like family.”
