The guys that work at this place are the best. I was driving down from NH to Western Mass and my muffler decided to become completely disconnected from the resonator right in the middle of the drive. Miles from home, the main mechanic here saw my situation and replaced both my resonator and my muffler in less than an hour and a half for a little over $800. (Tax included.) This guy is clearly honest, and if I didn’t live so far away from him, I’d probably go to him every time I needed work on my car.

Had Kimmel the owner look at a car for me as a pre purchase inspection. I wish ALL the car people I have dealt with were this kind, honest, and as full of integrity as this man is. He knows his stuff, communicated it clearly, and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. I am very very impressed and will be bringing any major work 30 mins away to him.

Went here for my car inspection and I was failed for two reasons one being the fog light. Fixed the other problem and brought it back because by Massachusetts Law chapter 90 section 7A fog light are not listed among the mandatory lighting equipment and should not be the sole reason for a failed inspection. Not to mention I bought this car without a front fog light and have owned it for three years, never been failed for the fog light because it is not a legal requirement in Massachusetts. Extremely tired of being taken advantage of at auto places being a female. Before this I had gone for my truck which they almost failed me for not having a bulb, charged me a ridiculous amount of money when I looked on Amazon I bought the same ones for much cheaper. I am extremely annoyed and will never go to this auto place again.

My poor girlfriend almost fell victim to this scam artist shop. He tried to charge her $600 for a rear brake change. This clown ain’t even union but act like his rates are (guy probably has all harbor freight cheap Chinese tools) Stay away if you’re a helpless single female, this guy will take advantage of you without hesitation, basically forcing you into something you’re not comfortable with.
