“Paul's Collision and Repair is listed as an MAPFRE insurance CAR EZ partner for collision / body repair, and was closest to me, so I used their shop to have some recent body work done on my 2010 Honda Civic. Terri and Alexis, the mother and daughter owners (RIP, Paul <3) were just so, so wonderful to work with. They know auto body inside and out, and were incredibly helpful through the entire repair, and insurance/rental car, process. They helped set up the rental, and even picked me up/dropped me off at home (pretty close by, but it was raining!). Not only that, but they also were really fun to chat with about all things auto repair, as I waited for the rental in their little lobby. I would highly recommend them for a quality, and very quick, job well done. :]”

“These guys squeezed me in a little over a month ago when my whole drivers side was effed by an oblivious driver on a Rt.2 onramp. It needed two new doors, and the center post area had to be hacked up & pieced back together. Aside from a millimeters-sized misalignment on the hood & a dimple in window trim, it was perfect. I recommend this place as a great alternative to the larger, meat grinder places suggested by insurance companies.”

“Catalino and his entire crew are awesome! I had gotten into a bad accident after Christmas that left me dealing with a shady insurance during the holidays and New Year.
Everybody at FM Auto made the process 10 times easier as soon as they got involved. They dealt directly with the insurance and kept me updated on the progress of my car. They do phenomenal work even when it seems like it's a total loss and are upfront with you about everything.
I've lived up and down the East Coast and these guys are some of the best body shop mechanics I've ever gone to. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anybody.
They also fixed up my girlfriend's car. Replaced her bumper and got it back to us quickly!”

“Had these guys do a spray in bedliner and the “permanent” undercoat on my 2019 f150. The workmanship of the crew was outstanding, I could not be happier with how the truck came out. And the customer service from the office is top notch, they were very friendly on the phone, scheduled an appointment on the first phone call and the truck was done exactly when they said it would be at the price they said it would be over the phone. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“I'm really not one to leave reviews, but I was so blown away from my experience here. Firstly, they quoted me Half of what the other places I went to get a quote. They were organized, responsive, and helped me out with my car rental. I essentially didn't really have to deal with anything. The communication was great, and the office is very clean and organized. The turnaround time for the bodywork was incredibly fast. I brought it in on a Monday, and it was done by Wednesday morning. This was surprising for me, considering I had a lot of bodywork needed to be done, including three separate panels. As a woman who is always afraid of being overcharged or taken advantage of, this is the first place that I have felt comfortable and well taken care of.”

“This morning, I was referred to Kevin, owner of Brown Body & Paint, by our 25 year trusted mechanic, Peter Malerbi/Owner/Pete's Automotive in Acton. My wife and I drove our 1959 Pontiac Catalina and our new 2020 Prius Prime to meet & schedule work with Kevin. Since the initial jobs were small (attach a "Catalina" logo to the '59 Pontiac, and a little touch up paint on the '20 Prius, Kevin said to leave the Prius and come back after lunch. He then said to drop off the Pontiac anytime for a few hours. Absolutely no scheduling hastle, and very friendly initial, fully accommodating exchange. By the way, Kevin didn't even charge me for the small touchup paint job saying he'd catch me next time. First impressions are that Kevin is a 1st class professional who was referred by the top auto mechanic in the area.”
