Okay Gervais this is were our relationship ends. Went in to ask about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Didn't go fashioned dressed because I wasn't going out to buy a car but saw one that caught my eye. Asked for help and everyone looked at me and my family like we were some sort of poor idiots that were making them waist there time had us waiting 20min to which I decides to leave. It's sad when costumer service just judges you by the way you look. Your loss. Would never do business here again.

zero integrity ,extremely dishonest if your having work done on your vehicle make sure to have signed written estimate. They have no problem telling you one thing and doing the complete opposite. worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Brought my fusion sport to Gervais to have some work done. I always get nervous dropping my car off an a new shop but I couldn't have been happier with the process! Dave kept me updated and was super nice and helpful! I would absolutely go back if and when the time comes.
