A colleague referred me to Chandi Powell at Markham Insurance for assistance in purchasing general and professional liability policies for a consulting business I’m launching. Chandi was extremely helpful, responsive and resourceful. She was able to answer the (many) questions I had and made what could have been a complicated process very seamless and easy to understand.

Absolutely the WORST insurance company I have ever used. They sent me a bill, I paid the current amount, and they sent me a second bill (same month) doubling what I owe. This is the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

I have had the pleasure of working directly with Aimee at Markham for insuring my small business. Aimee and Markham are thorough, organized, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I had very little knowledge of small business insurance and they did a great job of guiding me through the process. I would recommend working with them for your insurance needs!

She is affable, professional, diligent, knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful,... and was readily available to answer any questions, and/or concerns, that I had. I worked with Kathleen to see if she could find me savings on an auto policy. Not only did she save me thousands a year (I am not exaggerating) but she was also able to save me on my renters policy, as well. She was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her services enough. Five out of five for sure!!
