This U-Haul works well and satisfies my needs and I believe a lot of that is in part because of Arthur. Drive up lockers. Quiet location. Great hours. When they delivered the unit, they were extremely careful and cautious and positioned the storage unit perfectly. And when I asked them to come pick up the unit, they were incredibly responsive. “Paulista did a move for me from Concord to Uxbridge. It was a 1 BR with an office and a gym ( lots of equipment n weights). They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they did.They did go a little past the time quoted but that is to be expected especially since we were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They were professional. Anything they pulled apart they put back together.Highly recommend.”
